Fantastic experience. Good was great. There is a lot to keep the kids interested before and after they eat (they have a play area. There was also a face painter there aswell, which was free). Highly recommend.

Chantelle and Jackie are the most lovely ladies. They are amazing in their jobs, they provide a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Definitely keep coming back because they are both great.

Staff member accidentally dropped a hot bowl of Hokkien noodles on the back of my seat, (brunette, pony tail.) no apology, chastised me when questioning what happened. Luckily the food didn't spill as I was leaning over the table but very rude service. Food was very average.

Showed up right when last call for food was ending and we didn't expect to be served because of how late it was, the chef was so very kind and he let us order two schnitzels and a garlic bread! He was amazing and we appreciate him a lot for it. The girls serving us were lovely and full of personality and just enjoying the workplace which was really good to see!
The bar staff were great as well, a very lovely woman served me ??'?🏼??'?🏼

I came here on a date with a person who complained and returned the food. Just thought I should leave a 5star review because of how professional the staff handled her.

I also found the bartender so helpful in deciding what wine to order, the staff all smiled and were so friendly. Love this place, I will be back.

I ordered the Tandoori chicken salad friends ordered roast of the day vegan lasagne as well as other meals.They all looked delicious no one complained,Sticky date pudding was sensational. service and atmosphere was awesome.Plenty of parking

Food is delicious for a bistro. Prices are fair. The atmosphere is a bit loud. Cameras in the kids play area is a wonderful idea.

The food was rather enjoyable, with generous portions offered at a reasonable price. The play centre was also quite satisfactory, although the staff didn't seem very receptive when we raised safety concerns about the absence of a landing cushion mat outside the playhouse. Would recommend for a nice meal.

I was there for a Birthday Lunch there were about 10 of us, each having different meals. I had the seniors Seafood Basket the cost was good.... There was a lot of talking and laughing on our table, which was a good thing.

It's our go to place when no dinner is cooked. Never encountered any untoward service from staff who are always lovely to accomodate us and will almost always give us the best seat near the fireplace. Good food and nice beverages options.

Better than the York food wise and the play ground for the kids is better.
Service is good although have to order you're own meals to be expected in bistro like this. Would be nice if they had pints of beer only have schooners.

All in all pretty happy will continue to go back every now and again.

Wednesday is members' night with several draws for a spin of the wheel to win a prize, including the jackpot now over $1000. Diners can participate using their table receipt. Table or bar menu. Playroom for children.

8:00 pm we were having a basketball break up with 25 people. We specifically booked the restaurant for the kids play room. From 30 metres away we were accosted by an elderly resident from the next door aged care facility, who said her and her friend had come for dinner and didn't appreciate they noise from the play room. Said she appreciated we didn't want to control our children. She wouldn't leave our table and I had to ask for help. At which point the waitress said we should ask the children to be quiet for her. If you are going there for good food - think again. If you are going to go there because it's good for children - reconsider. As the old lady complained about our noise, then walked into the pokies, we hope she managed to find the quiet she so craved 🤣

Certainly enjoyed the meal, and the wait staff who were polite and efficient, prices comparable my seafood basket was excellent and the calamari had been cooked perfectly even for a seniors meal.

My only irritation was the P.A system announcing the market place winners was much to loud making it difficult to speak with my friend who had taken me out for my birthday.

Good food was very busy and didn't wait long at all for our food. Steak was really good parma was awesome size.

Although the food came out quite fast, chips were overcooked, schnitzel was almost black, salad was beyond average, and the beef lasagna has barely any meat for a $26 slice (it was pretty much just a sauce lasagna). Dissatisfied and disappointed.

I would like to praise the young man that took my reservation. He was so polite and so helpful. Nothing was a bother for him. I have eaten at the Bistro quite a lot recently . .Very impressed . Joan Mcmeikin.

Excellent meals with great customer service. Handy for mixed groups who pay individually as you order. Bar drinks at reasonable prices.

Misleading menu! Ordered crispy chicken stack expected a crispy chicken tender or piece of fried (crispy chicken but NO it's bland chicken pieces! And some crispy wafer thing?! There is no crispy chicken! Don't come here if you don't have kids; lots of very noisy kids & you cannot eat in peace or hear conversation. If you have kids it's the place for you as they run amok. Disappointed at crispy chicken stack which wasn't at all. . My dessert was nice but that's all.

Had my Sons 7th birthday here today, heaps of fun stuff for the kids to do and the face painter was a pro! Meals all came out at once. Great communication from the friendly staff from the booking to event. The only thing I could critique was the lack of variety in the pass the parcel...
Everything else was spot on!

Great variety of menu, lovely playground for kids, pleasant staff. Loved that the kids meals came quickly, but we had quite a long wait for our meals and one of our party was served quite a long time after the rest

Had my 40th in the venue room recently. Staff were so helpful, informative, easily available to answer questions. Reasonably priced, great food. We had a great night all round.

Love our local! Staff are amazing. Food is ok but I wish they'd change their menu back to the old one from a few years ago.

Ordered the Sumatra beef Curry.. food was sporadically cold in places. First time being here. Maybe just a bad first experience. Staff hospitality was excellent though.
