Suitable for kids and adults, especially for larger groups. The food was good with vegan options. Staff were efficient and polite. A good place to celebrate a family birthday.

Such a pity, I was really looking forward to coming here. The food was a hit & miss. Other plates looked amazing but then others also didn't look great either. I had the fish & chips with salad. Salad was a bit disappointing. Fish tasted awful, I really wish they used better. Chips were good. Garlic cheese bread was amazing. Customer service was hit & miss. The more experienced staff were lovely & pleasent. Some of the younger ones let the experience down. Small things need improving to really make this place a lot better. I don't think I'll be back for awhile. Hope they improve the overall experience in the future.

Very loud near the kids' play area, it's hard to hear each other talk. Ordered a large flat white coffee but really tasted bad, I was told the soy latte tasted like nail polish, coffee not recommended at all. Had the fried fish and chips with vegetables, which was just OK but certainly nothing marvellous. Redeeming things were the kids had a great time, and we enjoyed each other's company immensely. Staff did a great job in all aspects of their duties. In my opinion, up the game on the food and coffee to make it a great venue.

Chose this place as kids menu had a few gluten free options - when ordering turns out there is an error on the menu and not all these options are available - got offered roast with chips as an option - spoke to my son and prepared him that his pasta wasn't coming but he'd receive chips and meat - they bought his roast to the table with vegetables as they made a mistake and chips weren't actually gluten free - my son understandably was not happy and cried - we were not informed that there was an error with the chips and vegetables were just brought to the table - we would not have chosen to go here if the menu accurately reflected the options - my son left not eating anything only moving vegetables around. Do not go here if you are looking for a variety of gluten free options would not recommend

Food was nice and good size meals for seniors. Able to move around with 4 wheel walkers and wheelchairs.
Atmosphere was good able to talk without being too loud.
