It was my first visit tonight & I was really impressed with the atmosphere & warm vibe from the staff, they're obviously very happy where they work & that's a big plus for me. A family dinner for my sisters Birthday with 15+ of us & the service was great, meals yum. I ordered the Nasi Goreng, a very generous size, lovely gooey egg on top & plum juicy prawns. I asked for just 'a bit' of extra chilli & that's exactly what I got, it really was delicious. The manager came over to our table a couple of times to make sure we were all happy & noticed straight away that there was only one meal left to be served, very apologetic, straight to the kitchen & he deliver the meal personally only minutes later. It was really refreshing to enjoy a night out in such a relaxed atmosphere. Needless to say I'm hooked & I can't wait to go back! Massive recommendation from me.

The beetroot and pumpkin salad was a little disappointing but the other meals were great. The fish and chips was a generous portion and the roast of the day (beef) wasn't lacking either. Friendly staff, too.

Great place to come for a relaxing drink. I felt extremely welcomed by Bronte, Brooke and Oscar.
I will definitely be returning again soon. Thank you so much for making me and my family feel so welcome.

Location is good, atmosphere is great, service is friendly and food looks nice 🥲BUT but but.... Although the chicken schnitzel looks yummy, it tasted so terrible ..... 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲 this hotel is not bad maybe only the chicken schnitzel tasted weird.

We went to Olinda Creek Hotel without notice as a big group after our hike, the staff were very lovely to accommodate us quickly, the service was excellent and very quick. The food and drinks were presented well and they were delicious, my friends enjoyed their hot chocolates and soups in that rainy day and I had the sunday roast which was lovely. Thanks a lot for your great work🙏😊

We had 2 grilled fish meals that reeked of Ammonia this venue was excellent when Alexis was manager he created a great atmosphere and made sure food and service was top notch we ate there once or twice a week will go elsewhere now

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The lovely young girl(I didn't get her name) checked our booking and asked us if we'd prefer inside or outside as we'd requested outside. The weather was muggy so we asked for inside. She seated us. We went over the menu and decided on the porterhouse with a top of ribs. Both were cooked perfectly when brought out. I had the fillet minon from the specials board. It was cooked perfectly to my liking. We also ordered drinks during our visit and the female bartender was so lovely. Friendly and engaging. I wish I had gotten both the girls names because they deserve five stars. Hope to visit again soon.

Today I had my birthday lunch. Food was amazing. Friendly staff as always as this is our local place we often go too. Atmosphere warm and friendly. Dining area set out nice as always. Very reasonable priced meals as always. Good variety of meals to choose from. Will definitely come back again. Have had several meals since I've lived in the area over 25 years.

Came in for dinner last night, had the scotch steak for $48, at first thought it was quite pricey, but after endulging in this beautiful piece of steak, it was well worth it ! cooked to absolute perfection. The manager on duty "Jamie" what a fine young gentleman he was! come over after after a few minutes of delivering food to check on if steak was cooked to order. which for medium rare it bloody was perfect! once our food was finished, within a minute plates were cleared by the man himself. and thats when i asked him on desert reccomendations. which he said the sticky date was to die for. 10/10 was not wrong.
very clean bistro and lovely staff, will be coming back.

Smart move to alienate your regulars when there is competition in town. To be fair the food is ok for a pub, it's around where you'd expect it to be in terms of quality.

Our new fav local! Meals are always great and staff always super friendly. The chefs are really accommodating for our Coeliac daughter and we feel safe ordering Gluten Free there. Went for Father's Day today and the manager working was so lovely.

My partner, Mum and I had lunch at the Olinda today. We were extremely impressed with Liv our waitress who went out of her way to make our visit pleasant and enjoyable.
It's not often these days you come across a waitress that takes pride in her work.

I didn't quite like the music they were playing today while waiting for our food . It was noticeable.
It took long time for one dessert out of three of us . ( pav ) We were ready to go . But this is my favourite place to come too . Staff are lovely and helpful.

We arrived outside the nominated service times but were still accommodated!
The food was fantastic, the atmosphere relaxed and the service brilliant!
We ordered calamari, chips and salad, roast of the day, angus beef burger, chips and salad and fish and chips. All reasonably priced, generously sized and so yummy!!!
Thank you so much Alex and staff - you gave us a great dining experience and we will absolutely be back!
Highly recommend you try a meal at this hotel, you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic place. Very clean and welcoming. Meals are great. Staff fantastic. Don't be fooled by old fashioned outside. Do yourself a favour and check this place out.

My wife & I were expecting a beautiful Christmas spread as per menu. It did not live up to the menu at all .Each course fell short of expectation. The staff hurried us with courses; the time between courses was very short due to the staff rushing us & the coffee after the meal was hurried & not up to standard . All in all very much overpriced & a great disappointment . Wish we had stayed home.

Such a warming pub to go to, food was delicious, ordered a steak and was cooked to perfection, staff were all friendly and accomodating and very helpful with their amazing online ordering system. Would definitely be back again with friends. 11/10

Had dinner here tonight with my family. I got the Balinese Chicken, which was $25 and was tasteless and bland, came with dry rice and garlic beans with no garlic. The chicken thigh wasn't cooked properly and when we complained they tried to say it was. As someone who worked in the kitchen in hospitality it definitely was not, it was pink. My brother's Snitzel was also a little pink. Absolutely not worth the money, very disappointed!

Wow, so impressed with this place. I have allergies and it's really hard for me to eat out. These guys made the experience so much easier, accommodating my dietary requirements. I'll be going back soon !

Friendly people. Had lunch with family there and I ordered Indonesian nasi goreng. I must say it was the best one I ever had in Australia, quite authentic taste. Made me wondered if the chef was Indonesian. 😊

Went for lunch today. Average pub fare, nothing special really. Pork roast was warm, burgers were okay and the bucket of wedges was what you'd expect. You order using a QR code on your phone. Waited 25mins for 2 soft drinks and a pot of tea.

Overpriced and below average meals here. $33 for a Fisherman's Basket and each of the 9 pieces had been processed and frozen. None of the seafood was fresh. Two of the items were pieces of manufactured seafood stick. We only ordered main meals and they arrived 5 minutes apart. The best part of the experience was the glass of Pepperjack Shiraz

Booked a table over the phone. Arrived 5 mins early and were greeted politely. Were then taken to a table outside when it was freezing cold and raining. We asked to be seated indoors as we had 2 elderly people and 2 children with us. Were told they were at capacity due to covid restrictions. I get that but when you book a table it should be reserved not given to other people who arrive earlier. You shouldn't be thrown out in the beer garden. We left without eating and found a lovely Thai restaurant down the road.

I had a senior's meal,the roast of the day for $15. and it had good flavour. I would return again to try another meal. The staff were helpful and polite.

My friend and I have lunch here a fair bit for lunch and have always had great service. Our favourite person there is Jacinta, as she's always so friendly and smiley and obviously loves her job. She makes dining there a pleasure!

Been there twice in the past few weeks and the meals were fantastic. Efficient service. Staff were really nice and courteous. Very pleasant atmosphere and a really decent effort has been put into the place. Definitely going back for those spicy chicken wings, too!

Everything I've eaten from here has been super delicious, staff are super helpful and I enjoy going here! I'm also a member and get a few perks from that! Not as busy as all the "trendy cafes" in the strip but the food is great so it should be!
