I was there often the older woman behind the bar is the most rudest person and narsty with out her it would be so much better. If her hand is so sore don't do this job!

Grumpy bar lady. We were asked to leave the venue at 10:30 even though we have paid snooker table fee up until 11pm. The excuse was the staff who accepted our payment was new. Refund request was also rejected. The lady covered her name badge with hands when I asked for her name to speak to her manager. This is ridiculous.

Sad and lonely place. Stopped in for a beer while missus was shopping. I think I was the youngest person there three fold.
I like to imagine what the local punters life stories are. Wished they seemed more up for a chat, most of then seen to be content staring at the telly and drinking.

Ok for a few drinks and watch sports on tv. Poker machines operate at the rear and there's an old school billiard room upstairs but you must be a club member for the billiards room.

Very very bad venue, was told I couldn't drink water from my own water bottle. Apart from my human rights being breached and being treated like a criminal, The venue is a terrible place to go. Was in the venue not even 15 minutes and it has a bad vibe about it. Possibly the worst venue in Australia for Customer service. I have been to over 400 venues across Australia.
