Loved it Christmas in July gave it a warm and welcoming dining experience. Staff were fantastic, our food was great. We had nothing to complain about.

I recently stayed at Quality hotel Taylor Lake and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel at ease right away.

The room was immaculate, spacious. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Overall, my stay at Quality Hotel Taylors Lake exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Had a catchup with two great mates here today and we enjoyed the good food and the friendly service. Price is also good.
Location is great of the main road. Looks like a great place to sit and listen to life music too.

All around, a very nice dining experience. Unfortunately, the veal scallopini was so loaded with salt I could only eat the veal portions. Otherwise it isn't bad. Their insistence on one payment for the whole group causes a great deal of inconvenience for parties. On top of that, they charged $5 for plates for the birthday cake! I've been to many hotel restaurants for birthday parties, but I've never been charged to supply plates for a birthday cake. Considering I spent over $90 for meal and drinks, charging for plates is pure greed.

I have frequented Taylors Lakes Hotel multiple times for lunch, and I must say, the food has always been exceptional. Although I haven't stayed at the hotel, I can confidently vouch for the quality of their restaurants. The dining experience has been consistently enjoyable, and I find myself coming back again and again. If you're looking for a great place to have a delicious meal, I highly recommend.

The hotel was great we stayed there 2 nights we went to a wedding at Emu Bottom the hotel is modern. I recommend the deluxe room. Breakfast was great I highly recommend Taylor's

I organised for my sister to spend the night at this hotel last minute and had to call three time with some silly questions but each time Georgie picked up and was such a delight to speak with. She was so bubbly, kind, and had the patience of a saint. I couldn't appreciate her more, thank you Georgie so much for making a stressful night a lot easier.

Came here for the first time tonight, wonderful tasting food and amazing staff!

Lauren was especially kind, catering and funny!

The only real "issue" I had was the pricing for the steaks, you didn't get many steamed vegetables for the extra 2 bucks and the size of the steak left a little to be desired but the taste more than made up for it!

Will definitely be back!!

I would like to thank the manager who helped us with the organization of the room, for our daughter's 18th birthday, the waitresses, the kitchen staff because the food was excellent, the waitresses, the bartender and the security man were very kind.

Came for a short trip from the US and I loved this hotel. The ladies in that serve breakfast are happy and helpful. All the hotel staff is nice. The rooms are very clean. The water pressure in the shower is amazing. 10/10

Very good food, large meal I had a roast, easierly could share this meal..

I booked the room on the phone a week and a half before arriving and made it clear that we were arriving after our reception at around 12-12:30. We arrived and had our wedding night stuffed up in our check in delaying us over an hour to get in our room and not even able to give us a working keycard. We asked for our room to be comped but they said they don't want to refund and think that a complimentary breakfast is enough compensation. They also were supposed to tell us that we had a late check out so we could sleep more but nobody told us. This was the worst possible way for us to start our wedding night together, a once in a lifetime experience that got tainted because of these issues. You only get one chance at a first impression. This is the first and last time we stay with this hotel chain.

Decided to go to Taylors lakes hotel (JBJ's Restaurant, in particular). Highly recommend this place as they are very generous with their serves and the food is absolute quality. A young waitress, Tahlia, was looking after us and coming from a Customer Experience background in one of the big 4 banks, I was extremely impressed with her courtesy, awesome / positive energy. Full kudo's to her customer service skills and I would definitely go back for another meal.

Had dinner here tonight, was served by an amazing waitress called Tahlia! Good old fashioned service at its finest. Thanks so much Tahlia, I hope they see what an asset you are to hospitality.

Very poor customer service at the TAB sports bar. Could not collect an amount just over $1k during lunch on a Tuesday which is ridiculous. But they are happy to take bets on their EBT's and in person which they cannot pay out.

This Hotel is outstanding in every way from rooms,staff,cleanliness,food at restaurant is unbeatable. Luxury in every sense. Stayed here 3 times now.

Check in was seamless, room was spotless, shower was hot, bed comfy. Excellent location for attending functions at lakeside banquet and conference centre as it's walking distance.

A quiet place to unwind close to the airport with access to a fully functional gym, lap pool, hydrotherapy pool, ice bath and compression boot massage! Everything you need at your fingertips.
Cleaning was a slight let down with hairs found on top of the bed and cushions.

Recently held a milestone birthday party in the Atrium function room. Had around 60 guests for a cocktail style function. Leading up to the event, Chiara and Tania were wonderful with their communication. They were very quick to answer all questions and present me with the available options for food, drink and room set up. On the night, the room was perfect for our needs. Elise and team went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great time. The food was great and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend looking into TL Hotel if you are planning a function.

Came here with three people in wheelchairs. They seemed very put out about organising a table to fit us all. Then the waitress actively avoided taking our order. We had to go up and get someone. Then they refused to split the bill and were very unfriendly about it. There were no signs about no split bills. It almost felt discriminatory.
We will never go here again. Very poor hospitality service

My son and I possibly had the worst steaks of our lives there the other night (26.02.2022). Very fatty (hard fat), very hard to cut and even harder to chew. The sides (salad and chips) were very good, but the steaks were at the most a 1 out of 5. Yuk! So we won't be ordering steak there again. My partner had the Chicken Parma and it was very nice... well cooked, soft, juicy and tasty. They should have a good look at the beef they're buying/using.

25 Jan 2023. Went in for lunch with my partner. We ordered the Roast Beef with vegetables (special) and a seperate serving of chips and gravy, as well. Vegetables and chips were very well done and tasty, but unfortunately the roast beef was a bit fatty (hard fat) and tough. We both ended up leaving close to a quarter of our "roast beef" on the plate.

We recently went to lunch and unfortunately the food was terrible my wife had Porterhouse steak ($39) and it was gristle and fat and I had a pizza which was inedible with unmelted cheese so thick you had to scrape it off. The Taylor's Lakes Hotel is now off our dining list.

The rooms are very clean and the service is excellent ??'?. At the same location is a hotel with great food and beverages. Stayed here before and will again.

Rooms are fantastic, very clean and comfortable. Nice and close to the Thunderdome. It's a bit dearer than where I usually stay but with no traffic to contend with on the way to work at the track it kinda makes up for it.

Reception very friendly & welcoming. Beautiful modern room. Exceptionally clean. Reception attached to the hotel for checkin & dining, but rooms are in a stand alone complex. Could have been a little closer to the airport as traffic is very busy for early flights.

We have held our Playground Safety Training at Taylors Lakes Hotel many times. Events coordinator Tania is amazing at her job, prompt response, easy and straight forward communications, friendly always and goes above and beyond to ensure our event is successful. Students always compliment the meeting rooms, catering and restaurant. Highly recommend this venue for any corporate events!

Bar people not friendly, aggressive, I thought I'm at police station, is a short woman with dark hair and a big dot white in a hair didn't want to get me a meal because I was at wrong lace at the bar , I think same woman from the bar were cow girls before working in that bar , never worked with people before.
May advise is Dont go there plenty other bars with friendly people.

The rooms question is not applicable. This place has function rooms, hotel, bistro and pokies.
On this occasion we went to dinner in the bistro.
Food was fantastic service was really good, wait staff couldn't do more for us.
Great selection of food, reasonably priced, especially the seniors meals (not that I'm a senior).
Wouldn't hesitate to go again nor recommending it.
Haven't been to a function here for quite a while but the to 2 parties I have been to Both were excellent and food was delicious.

We actually haven't stayed at the hotel as yet but I just wanted to write a review about the fantastic service I received over the phone from Chloe. She was so patient with all my questions & very accommodating. She was so very lovely & I hope she reads this & makes her day.

My partner is a ceolic so it's sometimes hard to find a variety of choices at many restaurants. Happily, she was able to have the barramundi gluten free, and besides being very tasty, there was no cross contamination. So well done.

Recently I held a 75th Birthday Party for my family in one of the private rooms at the Taylors Lakes Hotel. They were very accommodating and met all of our needs so we could all enjoy this event. One particular Staff Member - Tania, was exceptional and helped on the day as well. The food received quite a praise from our family members in great taste and variety. Also the staff were wonderful in meeting any special dietary requirements that kept everyone happy. Overall I would definitely recommend the Taylors Lakes Hotel to others wanting to host an event of any kind, as my family and I had an enjoyable occasion well to remember.

A group of us meet to have a meal. The food was good but we could only all pay in one transaction. I hence won't meet a group of people there, who want to pay for their own meals, again.

The food and service was great.Pity that there was some confusion about my dessert and I ended up not eating any. The personnel were off their feet and just reduced the cost accordingly.This is the second time in two visits that this has occurred, maybe third time lucky.

Quite nice food overall. Lots of variety. Price isn't too bad, can sometimes take a little long to order though. Overall worth a visit.

We arrived at 8pm tired and hungry. We were greeted with a smile by the lovely Rita who was kind, caring and very friendly. She immediately cheered us up. Great job Taylors Lakes Hotel for employing such a wonderful lady. Our room was luxurious. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Best sleep we've had on our holiday. We loved the super modern bathroom. It was pristine and the room was immaculately clean. We had room service from an extensive menu. The food was so delicious as was the breakfast this morning. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

They are open google got it wrong and the make a beautiful porter house steak nice staff great place to go for a punt and beer
