The queen spa room is nice and big eith a balcony. Spa tub is great for 2 people, nice and deep. Everything is clean. Only 15 minutes to the airport, great value.

After a long battle with other hotels in same area quality hotel stepped up to the plate. Best service I\'ve ever had, the room was perfect. The front desk lady( i think jade) was very helpful and understanding. Would definitely go back to this place if im ever in Melbourne again.

We went there for a meal, the chicken in my Parma was very raw, they cooked myself and two others from different table who also received raw chicken, another meal, but that was not the worst part, when it came to paying the lady offered me a free drink, I felt so insulated after being served very raw chicken to be offered a drink. I said I thought I would least receive the meal for free, but you ate the second one she responded. No actually my husband did I was so turned off, well I can't do anything about it, she responded. I told her it was bad customer service and I left. We will never be back.

We had lunch in the bistro and had seniors meals they were delicious. The soup and Fish were great and the service from the staff were amazing. They all wished us a happy new year!!! Same back at you everyone thanks for the hospitality 10/10 see next time. In 2026z

From the girls when we checked in, to every other member of staff we came in contact with were very warm and welcoming. We had dinner at the bistro and it was delicious and the staff were wonderful and breakfast at their Cafe which was also delicious and the staff there were also wonderful.
The room was amazing. It was appointed beautifully and the beds were so comfortable that I had the best nights sleep ever. To be honest I\'ve never seen a motel room so perfectly clean like this anywhere. We absolutely enjoyed our weekend away.
We will definitely be staying there again when we go to Melbourne. I can\'t think of staying anywhere else now. 😍😍😍😍
