We were so happy for my daughter's Surprise 30th birthday. The food was amazing and there service was fantastic. I recommend Watergardens Hotel for any event being held there. Thank you to the staff for making it beautiful.

Food was average. The food wasn't hot enough. Not a lot of choice.
Staff were exceptional, we arrived late and they advised up front that they had a private function starting in an hour but they accommodated us on the side so we could have our desserts.

Seriously all the food here was 10/5 I couldn't complain about one thing apart from the tummy ache when you leave from being so full. Loved the range of food I will back many times. Thank you so much for a lovely feed.
For the others that are not aware you are given 1 hour 50 mins to eat witch is plenty enough time i think. So for some people want a longer outing i thought I'd put this in my review

This is a great place. Get the family or friends together and enjoy the buffet. This way everyone eats what they want. Seafood , roast or get a pasta made the way you like. Drinks pay throughout your visit. How many plates do you reckon you can eat?

A big shout out to Watergardens Hotel. This is a place that my extended family continues to go to over the years.
We recently hosted our sons 1st birthday with close to 50 people. The staff are so friendly, provided excellent and professional service , and made the organising smooth! Great atmosphere, the kids loved the big playground!
The buffet is the highlight and caters for every preference and dietary requirements. We got so many comments on how much they enjoyed themselves and the food!

I made a booking for almost 30 people to celebrate my birthday. Not only was the location and food perfect, but my massive long table was very impressive. My guests enjoyed the night and the food as did I. Thanks again :)

I recently celebrated son's birthday at Watergardens Hotel, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and attended to our every need. The venue had the perfect ambiance for the celebration. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide range of options that catered to everyone's tastes.

One thing that stood out to me was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great time.

Overall, I would highly recommend Watergardens Hotel for any event or celebration. The staff, service, and overall experience were outstanding, and I cannot thank them enough for making this birthday celebration so memorable. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I used to really enjoy the food here.. perhaps I was a little naive when I was younger. The food here is okay, needs a bit more variety. You always leave feeling full, but not completely satisfied. There was a lady working who was clearing our table.. she was super friendly!

Highlight for me was the curry and the chocolate cake with chocolate sauce and ice cream (of course).

It's been a long time since we have been to the Watergardens hotel, and tonight we had a 30th there. The food was fresh and topped up constantly, and the range of food was good. There are 2 start times 6-7.50 and 8-9.50. The staff weren't pushy as we stayed right up to 7.50pm. They have a great playground for the kids, and mine had a ball. Prices for adults were a little bit high in my opinion, but I guess some people make up for others. I'm guessing booking is essential as it was packed. Overall, it was a great experience.

Honest review:
Customer service is 3 stars. The hostess did not greet us or said hi to us but instantly asked if we have booking. The restaurant itself is nice and spacious enough. There was a good amount of food selections to eat. There was asian food, some pasta, chips and roast meat with gravy, salads, curries, limited seafood (i wish they had prawns). The desserts were good as well. I love the chocolate pudding. Overall a good buffet experience for $35. I'd say it's worth it.

My very first time here and big queue to get in. Being with two kids I tried to take them to the inside playground as I was waiting for the queue to move and I was treated like I was some kind of a criminal that was not going to pay for my entrance to the premises. Let's see how the food is going to be.... back again just to let you know that food wise was actually good.

Came here with a large group of friends for the buffet. Excellent service from all involved. Security were friendly and helpful. Staff cleared the table regularly and checked in on us. Bar fully stocked and a few of the guests really loved that 🤣😉 Huge variety of cuisines that were stocked up regularly so everybody was happy. The time of 1hr 50mins was good for us to enjoy food and conversation, but if you are a serious all-you-can-eater, maybe come alone so you don't get distracted by your friends. Staff do give you a warning so you don't need to worry about the time while you eat. Ensure you leave room for dessert as the mango pudding is to die for!

The buffet is quite reasonably priced it's ,$30 for adults lunch and $24 for seniors with a free drink. Decor is modern and premise extremely clean. Wait staff are quick at taking away used plates. The food selection is quite good. A mix of Asian and more western dishes. Good selection of desserts. The food was fresh and tasty and they constantly bring out new food. I would come again, great for groups.

Excellent selection, had a going away function for one of our crew. The staff here were incredible, plates were collected efficiently and the buffet was always stocked. The food was absolutely delicious, highly recommend trying this establishment

Good food for the price you pay. Great for when you are to lazy to cook dinner, nice casual place. Cake and chocolate sauce is the best with vanilla ice cream. Get in quick though it goes fast.

Lovely place for family dinner. My grandparents love going there for a catch up with their mates. Large buffet, and attentive staff. Would like to see more variety in food though please

Tonight we have been for dinner, the food was good but the lamb biriani rice wasn't fresh at all.
It was my first time there at this buffet, the Philippines girl extremely very rude and the staff are unprofessional, I'm not recommending them to others. and that girl was wearing her name tag upside down so no one can read it I tried my best to read it but I couldn't 😡

From 2019 I rate this buffet 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ alway come with my friends having a lunch sometime having dinner, food are awesome ??'? and tasty 😋 also the customer service are lovely and friendly too. But in this year 2021 food are still same and everything is fine. But the price is seems too expensive now for kids coz kids not eat much.
