Before posting this here I reported to staff on the day and emailed hotel.
We had lunch here. 11th September. Wife ordered roast lamb as on the menu. Arrived as pork? Waiter couldn't identify it without asking cook. Sorry, we changed it. We'd waited 40 minutes and only 1 other table so she put up with it. Dry, crackling was snack woolies stuff. Horrible. My ribs, greasy, salad pack stuff no dressing,corn frozen soggy,barely warm.
On leaving advised girl at the bar she'd better collect the menus as it still advertised lamb. She had no idea of the change and worse would still be taking orders. What if there was a religious issue? Like I said I've emailed the hotel before posting this and 3 days later no reply. Will not be back.
Management contacted me eventually. Listened ,apologised and offered a generous credit. Will try again after a good while.
