Great young staff so happy to talk & help with food selection. Food & service excellent, will definitely go back again. Beautiful setting right on the river.

Great pub grub, affordable prices, beautiful views from upstairs dining on the deck over looking the Murray River. Has a real community feel. Good Specials too.

Staff are Friendly and upbeat, with a cheerful smile, no matter how late you are there.
Have not been able to fault the Food I have partaken of there.
Currently the cooler part of the year, so dining inside is warm and comfortable.
Come the warmer Months and there is outside eating areas, including the upstairs Balcony with sweeping views of the Grand Murray River System.

A great holiday experience to have lunch on the deck overlooking the river! Generous and convenient car park, delightful friendly staff and good menu! The food arrived in timely manner and our choices were delicious. We also enjoyed a bottle of local wine. Certainly recommend a visit if travelling at Murray Bridge!

Worst value, awful food and the people serving just didn't want to be there. Couldn't smile if they tried.

Lovely lunch at community club, mouldy cucumber in my salad, dead bug in the salt and chicken was still pink in the middle. Couldn't think of anything better tbh. When telling the waitress, her response was "oh that's not good, i'll let them know" then continues to walk off.

I wasn't going to write a Google review. But thought after my experience, I probably should to warn others.

I had lunch here in 7/1, within my order I had ordered a chicken schnitzel with mushroom gravy.
As I started eating the meal, I noticed the was a funny taste to the mushroom gravy. I've asked a woman staff member how the gravy was made, and she asked what was wrong, if it was sour in taste.
I explained it wasn't sour, but the flavour wasn't normal. The employee had expressed to me that they had a new batch of mushrooms come in & the chef wasn't to sure on them, he had tried them earlier that day & he agreed they tasted funny.
But yet to still serve this out to customers after that.
At this stage, I was worried for my health & asked if she could speak to the chef in regards to this. I was assured the mushrooms were not off/solid but they weren't normal.
As a sorry gesture i was offered a free drink.

Later on that day, I called the community club back to discuss the situation & was informed the mushrooms had been chucked away & they were not fine to eat, apologising & I was told someone from management would call me back,

I'm yet to hear back from the company after leaving my name & number.
No refund, no care factor!

Also don't ask for a jug of coke or glass. They will charge you, give you Pepsi not notifying the customers that it's not coke on tap. Which was another $15 wasted on drinks we didn't even ask for.

First time visitor and had a table near the bar. Unfortunately a bad choice as the chef was having a bad day swearing and throwing pans around the kitchen. The ladies at the bar looked very embarrassed and if we hadn't paid and ordered, we would have left.

Food was good. Prices are ok. No access for handicapped people to the bistro as they took the wheelchair lift off the stairs. Not good. As it is now, handicapped people are supposed to walk up 2 flights of stairs. Not returning.

Decided to go out for dinner as a family and thought we would try here as we hadn't been in awhile. We ordered our food and no sooner had we sat down and a bunch of soccer fans started screaming at the top of their lungs which scared our 1 year old who was absolutely inconsolable from the noise. I understand that events are sometimes held for big sporting events but perhaps they should be held in the completely empty bar downstairs where you can also order food rather then in a dining room where families may be dining. We ended up getting our food to takeaway which tasted all fine. Staff were also apologetic. Just a bit disappointing as we rarely get to go out as a family.

Wow how's the service provided by tash. She drives the bus on a Friday night, picks up and drops off. Always asking if we are OK. Great personality, easy to get along with. Real sad to hear she is being replaced ???"

Didn't eat here but the bar service was quick and friendly. It's nice out on the upstairs balcony.

The dinning room has been moved upstairs which is rather difficult to get up to with kids and prams, also when i ordered 2 glasses of coke they gave us pepsi without telling us because coke wasn't working?? (We found that out when taking drinks back saying they tasted bad) to their credit they swapped them for cans of coke. But should of told us instead of giving us something different.

Went for lunch and ordered a jug of water for my table and the jug had rust inside of it....make sure you check the inside of the jugs because the staff sure don't.

Absolutely gutted because this was one of my favourite places in town for lunch but can't ignore that kind of stuff

Got lunch here today.... I ordered the $45 300g rump steak medium rare... it was so over cooked it was almost cremated.. so incredibly dry and crusty!
Chips were over cooked and dry, not salted at all either...
Salad was okay, but had no dressing at all. So very bland.

Over all experience 1/5 stars.. only nice thing about my meal was the lemonade.

Had salt and pepper squid really nice. Seniors meals are good value for money and the ordinary menus is good as well. Premises clean., spacious and a beautiful view if the River Murray.

As a regular & club member, I love the staff, the atmosphere and the new furnishings. Always feel welcome and part of the community! The dining and bar areas are tidy, organised and clean.

However, feeling quite disappointed in the meal quality. We dine at the Club weekly and have noticed that the portion sizes have shrunk.
Have requested that ingredients or sides not be included and these requests were not met. (Lucky I'm not allergic!)

Could also do with copies of the specials menu on tables. Very difficult to read the small menu board behind the cashier, especially when the fonts are tiny and artsy.

Tasty, timely food. Good atmosphere and refreshing river views. Kids enjoyed it too.

Underwhelmed with the schnitzel the gravy was jelly. Under utilised function centre where the best location with a river view is opaque plastic. With duct tape securing its corners.

Clean and tidy. Great meal cooked to perfection. Plenty of room.Would recommend to others.

Just thought we'd go there for lunch, being Senior Citizens now. Take advantage of their special offer $14 main course plus free drink. It's pretty good 😊
