I've Been a guest here many times now. Both for business and with family.
Rooms are large and bright, always clean and presented well,
Staff's customer service is always spot on.
Pool is a great spot after work.
Big screen TV in the room has the ability to stream and chrome cast.
Bedside alarm clock has a conductive charger for your phone.
Large shower that has plenty of room for you and your significant other to wash each other's back🤪
I would say I'd probably like the toilet a little more private but still good for a hotel bathroom.

I was surprised to find such quality accommodation in Murray bridge. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and efficient. I also ate at the restaurant downstairs. If I'm honest the lamb was a little tough and gristly but the flavour was good.

First time staying there. Pretty impressive hotel. Rates were good and the quality was far better than some in Adelaide. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was good quality.

Went here for dinner with a friend on NYE. We ordered early and our meals came out quickly. Our meals were nice and a good portion size. We could see the river through the window which made a great view while eating. On the outside deck there is still the amazing view of the river and a giant TV on the wall. This venue is large and modern. l enjoyed my first visit here and will return again.

Booked in for my wife's birthday with a party of 10. Place looked nice and menu had a nice variety. Everyone ordered either through online or at counter. All meals were served except my wife's. Waited another 15 minutes and a well and truly burnt port cutlet arrived. Was hard as a rock so asked for another to be made. Food snatched and taken back to kitchen. Waited another 20 minutes for another. Everyone else at the table had well and truly finished. No apology offered when meal was placed in front of my wife . New meal was nice.
Ordered a fundae sundae $20 ice cream and Waited forever again. One was placed on the counter and left to melt. We went up and asked if it was our order. Chef just shrugged and walked off so server gave it to us saying well must be yours then.
Pretty poor service indeed.

Been here a few times and even been told to "go away" when trying to dine in once.

Definitely could see some customer service improvement.

The meals though are always well presented and taste great.

Wow! What an amazing hotel not far from Adelaide. We stayed in a Riverview room plenty of room for a busy toddler. Highly recommend great service check in was easy and the front desk lady was lovely and helpful. Will be back again in summer for a swim in the lovely pool! :)

I really enjoyed the $25 buffet breakfast.
The ladies doing the tables were especially nice.
I had to laugh at the pancake machine however as anybody who wanted to get a pancake basically had to pull up a chair and wait for minutes for one of the little buggers to flop out.
I think you'd be better off cooking them and putting them on a hot plate.
Coffee was good though I did get rather fit having too run them back and forward to fill up the tiny little cups hahaha.

This is a lovely hotel. The balcony rooms are delightful, with their wonderful river views. Service was good and the extra needs I had due to medical circumstances were accommodated. The breakfast buffet was very nice and covered most dietary needs. Winter dining menu is a step up from the basic Summer one!
However, despite its appearance and cost as a cosmopolitan venue, the staff still struggle to cope with high volume patronage.
Still highly recommend as a lovely, relaxing place for a short break!

Third time staying here it's been great everytime. Bed is very comfortable. The toiletries smell fantastic. Food is delicious and generous serves. Pool has great views pitty the bar isn't open very often, it would be nice to have a cocktail by the pool. Staff are fantastic.

Gorgeous, sleek and modern hotel with a great restaurant. Would definitely earn 5 stars, if it weren't for the following:
-Pillows in our room were far too thick / plump and uncomfortable; I slept without one.
-Our bathroom had little privacy from the rest of the room, with a gap in the door when closed.

Brilliant location, excellent facility, let down by average service and a broken QR ordering system. On arrival, staff rushed past us without acknowledging us, even after we asked where we were meant to wait. We sat down and ordered from the QR code system (which are usually brilliant to use). Garlic bread showed 4 servings on the system, only 3 arrived on the plate (not the end of the world). We ordered our mains, which were beautifully sized and looked amazing. However, 1 meal was forgotten. We complained and were told we didn't pay for the additional meal hence it didn't arrive. We were told if we wanted an additional meal it would need to be paid for. Thankfully, we had evidence to 'prove' we ordered the missing meal from the receipt on our phone and indeed paid for it. The missed meal was finally delivered by an apologetic friendly staff member after everyone else had eaten. I had a few bites of my meal as we had plans elsewhere.
Our expectations were high looking at the grand building and buzzing atmosphere on entering. But the experience of being initially ignored on arrival then made to prove a meal was paid for due to your incompetent QR ordering system ruined the outing for me and the group I was in. Having walked in buzzing, we left deflated and embarrassed.

Came across this hotel at like 1am on my travels and was in need of a hotel. Staff on the night shift were super helpful friendly and understood exactly what I was looking for.
The room was amazing quiet spacious, the bed hands down was the best sleep I've had on my trip up to that point.

Well maintained place for a quick getaway from Adelaide. Decent food although breakfast buffet is the same for days 😬
Messed up our b&b big time but its staff not the place. So no hard feelings. Only hotel that I have seen clearing up buffet without a notice to the already dining in guests. Might have to work on couple of guest service manners.

We had an amazing night. The room was beautiful and well appointed with a great view of the river. We ate with local friends and the food and service was to be commended. Would thoroughly recommend...its a great place and there's actually more to see in Murray Bridge than a lot if people give it credit for! 🙂

Pleasant 2 night stay. Everything under one roof. Sat in the lounge & had a more than adequate dinner then stayed for a couple of drinks & a bit of easy listening music on the Friday night
The spacious rooms are obviously fairly new & comfort of guests is a priority. Our pet hate at hotels are bad beds - no such problem here, they are plush & close to the top of the range.
Absolutely no hesitation in staying again

We went for a meal on a Sunday night.
Lovely dining room. Lots of screens to watch TV, not my idea of fun but could understand it may be good for kids, maybe even people who want to watch sport, news or something.
The couple who were with me had been a few other times and concerned about service and staff.
Would love to return and have a better experience.

Was in the area with my partner couple weeks ago and decided to check the place out. Ended up coming in for drinks and some grub. Lovely service and drinks - we both enjoyed the Passionate Goose cocktail (Props to the bartender on that night - he knew what he was doing). The food was delicious, I would come again for the citrus tart and $24 schnitzel. Beautiful design inside.

However we were both super disappointed and almost left wanting a refund due to the long wait for the schnitzel. We had seen the dinner rush start as we were waiting as well as some other table receive their food coming in 20 mins after us. There was also a man at another table who returned his food twice before we got ours. It was almost an hour until we got our one plate of schnitzel. I'm not sure if they had lost our order or something happened in the kitchen.

Would like to try this place again but will not stand for the wait seeing tables receive their food that ordered some time after us.

It's very beautiful clean, modern, lovely room Amazing view, I paid for the room online and then paid again in person so I feel ripped off, my booking was also supposed to include breakfast but I didn't know that I would have to pay for it again so I didn't bother, ordered nuggets and chips but they we're burnt and cold service took very long and the app told us to leave the table. Great experience for a fancy motel, I would say the stay was not worth the price just over $400. The food tasted terrible because it was cold and burnt.

Great hotel, very new and comfortable. View of the river was sublime. Downstairs bar and restaurant were also very good. Food and drinks were served promptly and were delicious.

Only downside was the room temperature could only be set at 24 degrees max. This maybe ok in Spring or Autumn, but for winter we would have liked to crank it up to 27.

The room was beautiful and well-appointed, the shower was a big plus, with a waterfall shower head, it was wonderful. We also loved the fact that the TV was so big and well placed, obviously with the clients' interests in mind, compared to other places we have stayed in recently.
The views from the balcony were amazing especially at sunset, with the sun setting behind the hills. The hotel is in a superb location, so close to the riverbank, we took quite a few walks after dinner which made the stay truly relaxing.
Also, a big shout out to Patrishia (Trish) for whom nothing was too much trouble. She greeted us every time with a big friendly smile and always asked if there was anything we needed. She is a great asset to the hotel.
Would highly recommend a stay here.

Currently staying here and all I can saw is WOW..absolutely stunning place. Stayed in a riverside balcony suite which was incredible. Dining areas, bars, gaming area ALL could not fault. Every staff member we dealt with was friendly and amazing..can not wait to come back and spend some more time in this place. AN ABSOLUTE GEM

Awesome food! Excellent customer service! Very accommodating and lovely classy environment. I was very impressed. We enjoyed our over night stay in the hotel. And our lunch, dinner and breakfast room service was a solid 10/10. We will definitely visit again on the future.

Hotel room was one of the nicest I've stayed in, great design and bed was so comfy. Madge at Reception was extremely helpful and efficient. Would definitely recommend staying in this lovely new hotel.

Just had lunch with my son at the Bridgeport and the waitress was amazing and the food was outstanding. Can't wait to go back. Keep up the good work.
