The \"new\" RSL menu doesn\'t deliver. We had 3 meals today. The carbonara didn\'t even reach the sides of the bowl in quantity and was lacking in parmesan and garlic. It was the worst I\'ve had, at $29 I expected a bit better. The lettuce on the fish and chip plate had that red stale look about it and the fish was very bland. Chips were nice though. The chicken maryland was so dry the meat was inedible and the broccoli looked like it was reheated from the day before. The people on the table opposite took their maryland back for a new meal. The service from the staff was, as always excellent, and the drinks were fresh. I really do hope this critique is taken in the right manner to have a good look at what goes out to the customer. Really nice RSL. The meals were incredible and very generous in size. The satay chicken was delicious and I couldn't go past a banana fritter. You will not leave this place hungry. In fact you will take some home too. Service is very fast. Staff friendly. Highly recommend

Visiting from Qld and staying just up the road from the RSL. Decided to join, have a drink and dinner. Lovely bar person Gina recommended the Avo and chicken stating, \" it\'s to die for.\" And Gina was right, it was amazing. The club was so busy we had to sit in the bistro. When our meal was ready I had to pick it up from the restaurant and try to carry two meals back to table. The meals were huge. Lovely young lady, Chelsea, offered to help and took the meals to our table. The service was so good we came back on Sunday night and brought the family . Thanks to everyone at Shepparton RSL.

Absolutely loved this place, just popped in on our travels. Meals were very tasty and can\'t go wrong for a $16 lunch ( plenty of meals to choose from too).
Staff very friendly especially Casey. I hardly ever give 5 stars but didn\'t hesitate with this club.

Great RSL. This is the best one around this region. It\'s like what the old RSL\'s were like. Great service, great meals and excellent value for money. The better half and I were invited to go for lunch on a Saturday. It was busy. A pretty long line up for lunch, but the young lady was doing such a great job you were at the start of line and ordering your meal in good time. The meals were excellent. I ordered a serve of satays and a homemade dimsim for entree to share. For main I had a beef snitty, the better half ordered salmon, my workmate ordered the scotch fillet and his better half ordered the $16 beef and black bean. All serves were generous and brought out by happy staff. Highly recommend, we\'ll be back. 9.5/10
Lunch again early April. Barra with chips and salad and garlic prawns. Beautiful!!
