We ordered the steak...it was cooked to perfection. Dressing on the salad was nice. Ordered entree, perfect waitvtime between it and mains.

It was fantastic night with my grand daughter and see her smile when horses for hope include her when they got the check she love her garlic prawns and Spanish doughnuts me too thanks for a good night and 2 prizes in raffles

We came here for the first time and there were only a couple of patrons there in the dining area we ordered our dinner and an hour later only one of our guests had gotten his meal they had lost the order then couldn't give the meal to another one of our guests because the ingredients were pre made and we asked about where our meal was and the staff had to ask again what we ordered then the girl said she would bring complimentary bread out to us this didn't happen either. I ordered a gf meal and had an adverse reaction through the night. Won't come back again sorry . Prices are expensive for what we got you pay $30 in Melbourne at a top end restaurant for pasta

Very family friendly environment and have always made to feel welcome,love all the members benefits on offer and very much enjoy the dining.Honestly the only thing bad we find is the deodorant coming from the gaming room is very overpowering.

We had dinner at the Shepp club & couldn't fault the food or the service. If I had to rate the place out of 10 I would rate it 11. Highly recommend. Lorelle was very professional in her service. Definitely will be back

Today was our 1st time at the Shepparton club. On ordering our meal at the bar, Lorelle was super polite, friendly and assisted me with our meal options. Prior to ordering, I decided to become a member due to the service and hospitality I had received from Lorelle. Thanks Lorelle for making our 1st experience, one to remember. See you again soon.

Nice place, good food, nicely served, very helpful staff. Go for a good pub meal. Not intimate atmosphere, but nice ... and you're separated from the pokies and pool tables ... another section.

Very crowded today so it was a little noisy...nevertheless I had a pleasant experience.

Staff were quite friendly and helpful, but the food was terrible. I ordered a Caesar salad, which came without croutons....just a plate of lettuce, bacon, and a tiny bit of parmesan cheese. And a sauce that tasted like plain mayonnaise.
It was unfortunate that the staff made excuses for the chef allowing sub-standard meals to leave the kitchen. I was eventually offered a refund, which gave them a few brownie points.

Ordered the Cesar Salad. The worst I have ever had. Lettuce leaves not dried properly. The dressing. What dressing! Was absolutely awful. What makes it worse is that they charged $24. For that price you would expect the perfect Cesar salad.

Went for dinner last night. Order bbq pork belly. Arrived at the table black in colour. I stated to the waitress it was burnt she asked politely to taste. When I do it was like eating rocks it caused me to choke for almost 10 minutes. It has scratched my throat. Sent meal back to kitchen to have chef return it to me!!! What a joke. Still choking I order garlic prawns this that's almost 30 minutes to arrive by which stage my friend had completed her meal. Contacted the manager today to advise the situation and get abused! Don't waste your money over priced burnt food.

As usual, a great place to eat and be entertained. The best cheesy garlic bread in the GV! Karen on reception was very friendly and helpful as usually. We always recommend the Shepp Club when our guests ask for somewhere to dine.

Food was over cooked and extremely oily, dessert, my husband got his but I had to ask twice where mine was and by then my husband had finished his and had to wait for me. There was only two of us on the table.

We ordered roast of the day, Aussie burger, cc and midori cocktail. The service is quick, staff are very friendly. The food n drink are good.

Visited the club boxing day,as a low roller with high roller expectations 🤣🤣🤣 as we do I went there to have fun, so I will go back again for more fun you play with a positive mind set all good outcomes must come to you. Be happy😇

Lunch today was very tasty.. very nice all round. Nice restaurant polite happy staff.. Barra was lovely and wife had Outback parma .. delicious.. we will be back when in Shepparton

Wonderful staff, great service and amazing meals.

Disappointed. Not impressed with the lady at the reception because of her cold unfriendly handling of the situation. We were told by a lady in the afternoon that it was okay to dine outdoors with a dog. On arrival, the lady at the reception looked unimpressed when we told her about it. Even though she phoned someone and found out it was okay for us to dine out but her response made us feel very unwelcomed. Further conversation made it worse as we found out that we needed our licences to sign in. Digital ones don't cut it. Went elsewhere instead.

Greeting was polite and delivered with a smile. Bistro was spaced out which was great ??'?. Meals were very nice. The only thing was the price of a can of soft drink. $5.50 even the bar lady was surprised. Meals were priced well and a good serving size.

Food was good, plenty on plate. We all enjoyed it. Our go to meeting place in Shepparton.

Exceptional food and drinks. Reasonably priced. The Lord of the Onion Rings burger was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Even though a wedding was being prepared, they still manages to serve us quickly. 100 stars if I could!

Exceptional service and equally exceptional meals tonight. Porterhouse was spot on. Cooked to perfection and possibly the best chips I have had for sometime. The seafood basket also comes highly recommended.

A fine club that is both generally friendly and also very helpful to the wheelchair bound.Meals are excellent and gambling is not completely compulsory.I have added a photograph of my late older brother and 3 of his sons. Unfortunately he went missing last November on his cattle station on the edge of Arnhem Land. So he will not be visiting the Shepparton Club now.I was looking forward taking him there, I was sure he would have liked it.

Very nice place for an afternoon lunch or a dinner .The menu seems to have changed and lots of good items have been scrapped off the menu but the meals are still tasty and the staff are friendly except the grumpy one who took my order seemed to be in a rush . If ur just visiting shepparton just show the staff ur hotel key to get 10% discount.
