My wife and I visited the Rosebud hotel and had a really enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal together.

The food was tasty and well-presented, with good portions and solid value. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we felt well looked after throughout our visit.

Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, and we would happily come back again. A great local spot we're glad we tried.

Visited the Rosebud hotel and had a very enjoyable meal. We ordered the steak with gravy, fish and chips, and the parma.

The steak was cooked well and the gravy added plenty of flavour. The fish and chips was a generous portion, with crispy fish and fresh, well-cooked chips. The parma was a standout tender chicken, a tasty topping, and served with a good side of chips and salad.

The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.

Overall, a great dining experience with good-sized meals and quality pub food. We\'d happily return and would recommend the Rosebud hotel to anyone looking for a satisfying meal.

Whilst in the area we were wanting a bite to eat in a 'traditional' pub by the beach. What we found was a pub which felt more like a RSL that had no atmosphere. Admittedly it was during the week for lunch and the Rosebud does deals for seniors. We tried the curry of the day which was Satay (?) and the pumpkin arancini and both were nice, but the menu is on the high side. There are some old school photos which are interesting, and there are a load of outdoor seating. This pub during the summer on a weekend will feel completely different but during the week it just is soulless.

We were eating our lunch in the outside dining area when a group of six came and three of them starting smoking right next to a sign where it says No Smoking during meal times
Rules for Outside Dining Areas: Smoking is not permitted in any area with tables/chairs set up for eating, or where food is consumed.
Outdoor Drinking Areas (Pubs/Clubs): Smoking may be permitted in a, designated outdoor drinking area (where no food is served) if it is separated from the dining area by a 4-metre buffer zone or a 2.1-metre high wall
Staff did nothing to stop them after we complained that smoke was effect us as we ate and we had to move away from the area
A sign was also changed to remove the NO and staff weren't concerned about fixing it

One of my favourite eateries when I\'m in Rosebud. Reservations are a must for dinner on a Friday and Saturday night. It gets very busy and noisy but still able to comfortably hear and talk amongst your group.
The staff is friendly, the service is great, the food is delicious 😋
There\'s a dish suitable for all ages. Family friendly pub/hotel.
