Staff are very friendly and very quick service. Very clean and reasonable prices. Would highly recommend as a place for drink or meal in Beaudesert

Fantastic kids meals, they serve the children proper food, it was delicious and really good value for money.
My partner loved it here which is saying something as he hates nearly everywhere we eat out and would highly recommend the seafood chowder.

Not locals but in town on a day trip, so we decided on this place. Went for a family lunch on Sunday. Small little tavern although it was quite busy in the restaurant/dining area at that time. Cute little kids play room where parents can also sit and eat with their children. Quite a small gaming room. We were a party of 5, Fish, salad and chips were cooked to perfection. Gravy tasted great. A couple of members in our group were delighted that there were onions in their salad, a big plus as many restaurants don't have that. The Pork roast and vegies were nice and the the Pork was lovely and tender. Young man taking orders was polite and helpful. Wait time for our lunch was a bit long but we considered how busy it was so that was understandable. We liked the fact you could see the kitchen and the chefs preparing and cooking the food. Bar staff were very nice. Overall we were quite impressed with the quality of our food and the prices including the staff who were polite and courteous and it was nice of the staff member who kindly took a photo of our group when we asked. Will definetly go back on our next visit. Thankyou to all the staff for great customer service!

Super friendly staff. Great food specials. Had 3 rounds of the flathead, chips and salad for $17 and one of others had the 250 porthouse. His words. " Always great steaks here"

Have usually had good visits here but Last week the service was very poor, people who ordered food 20 plus minutes after us were getting it before us, the steak was cooked completely wrong but we were not prepared to wait another 50 minutes to get a new plate and some of the staff's attitude was poor on this particular night. I will say that this visit was the exception and certainly not the rule because generally we have been happy.

This is a great little pub friendly staff well made drinks the food is better than average pub food so I would say its probably the better end of what beudesert has to offer and that's not a great deal

Waited over 40 minutes for our meals, but that was due to how busy it was.

From the booking phone call to the lunch ending was amazing. Staff went above and beyond. Told booking staff it was my mums birthday they put bunch of balloons on table no charge which made my mum feel that little a bit special. Rachel was amazing on day. I brought cake and Rachel organised plates spoons candles and lighter and some extra cream again no charge. Most places charge for what they call cakeage railway hotel did not. Wonderfull to see such warm customer service, you really don't get that anymore.

Read the reviews before I placed my order for pick up,sounded great everyone mentioned portion size quality etc. I paid $130 for my order. In the order I got butter chicken and when I opened the bag with the containers in it I was disgusted. The butter chicken that I paid $26 for was a half filled container of sauce with 6 or 7 tiny pieces of chicken in it, and the rice container which I'll say was a small container had about 50cents worth of rice and not even a peice of naan bread. I've never before in my life written a review for any restaurant or business but I'm sick and tired of being ripped off by so called professional chefs who talk it up and boast about their kitchens, bring back mum and pop businesses who actually gave you meals that were worth the money asked for. We seem to pay more and more but just get less and then just have to live with it. Wrong. Quite happy to supply pictures .

Our 1st visit to the Railway Hotel, Beaudesert and man were we impressed. Met at the door by a cheerful lady & helped with what we needed. Bistro staff provided us with the relevant menu and information on how to order - again with a big smile and a 'can do' attitude. I ordered drinks which were a little out of the ordinary and got exactly what we wanted. Décor was functional & comfortable too. Highly recommend & we will definitely return.

We had a lovely lunch, the food was good. The staff are extremely friendly, it was so lovely to be served by the young boy behind the bar, he was friendly, kind and a lovely young man. You should be proud to have him on your team, it was so nice to have a chat while waiting for a drink. The young lady working in the bistro was also very friendly, you have a lovely teams 😊 thank you for the great service.

Although there isn't much of a selection of vegetarian and no vegan options. The roast pumpkin salad with cauliflower drumettes is pretty delicious.

We had a few issues with meals and mix ups. Saying that the staff were flat out, young and couldn't apologise enough. The food was really good. It is pub food, not a 5 star restaurant but it was done well. That staff got this rating back from a 3 to a 5.

The food and service tonight was amazing. Best pub food we've had in a long time brisket and beef ribs. Better than all the rubbish we get in Gold Coast pubs.

Gotta admit, I was very impressed with this out of the way pub. Great food and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
The chicken burger was great but I had some serious food envy with what my friends were eating.
The roast looked and smelled incredible and the ribs were glassy and sticky. Good pub food and not too far from the city.
A great destination after a ride.

Just having the most delicious Salmon Pasta for dinner - takeaway. Lovely sauce, tasty and a good sized meal. Very happy.

Best steak in town (and outside of town too). Great staff, always friendly. Also highly reccomend the chicken palmy. Highly recommended

Let me start by saying Louise and the bar staff are great but the food was awful, a new chef and roast was just reheated gristle. All out food seemed undercooked or just a reheat. Such a shame because the old chef was fantastic

Had the best barramundi and steak there on Thursday. Wife loved the barramundi and said its the best she's had. My steak was cooked perfectly. We go there often but this was top quality. Not sure if it's the new chefs but the food was amazing. Keep it up guys.

Despite the friendly bar staff and service, the food service was dreadful. Borderline rude, below average meals and total absence of customer service acumen. No no never, never again... I'll stick to the Beaudesert Pub, same menu, nice staff and edible meals

Only went for lunch.. A lot nicer inside than out. Has a kids area. Mate left his wallet on table there with $350 in it. Got it back with $350 in it.. Thats says a lot

We had lunch here on a Tuesday.
This was our first visit and we found it to be very nice.
The specials were cheap with many choices. Meal sizes are large and tasty. I had fried chicken and salad and my wife had Moroccan Barra.
Both meals were excellent and the ambience was just as good.

Outstanding meals. Clean, modern, good service. Had the brisket- melt in your mouth quality! Salmon dish also highly recommended

Great night. Solo band playing.. Great selection on the menu.. Very happy with meal.. Prices not too bad.. Very busy, but didn't have to wait long for our meals.. All together 9 out of 10 because there is always room for improvements.

Not overly impressed with my over cooked steak & ribs, asked for medium rare & received medium/well-done, I have braces so can't actually chew the over cooked steak even if I wanted to.

Five star pub meals, with great quality products, generous portions and family friendly service. Worth a lunch stop if you are out that way! We'll be back!

Excellent place to take kids. Had a huge dedicated games room with play stations and big tables to eat at within the room.

Food is good

Came in for fathers day lunch and was extremely impressed. The food was amazing and great value for money. The staff were all polite and helpful. Would happily travel the hour from home to come back again
