Patrice with the turquoise glasses was so extremely rude to my family and I. We are regular patrons at the club and enjoy many nights here with friends and family, but one consistently awful element, is Patrice. Extremely rude old lady, sour face all the time and when we brought it to staff attention, the staff member was then also rude to us and has consistently been ever since. We still come to the club and enjoy ourselves but it is bothersome as we expect better treatment from these ladies. Please do better Patrice.

Great club with excellent food & drinks will look forward to returning when they move to new premises in approx months outside the CBD which will allow expansion of club facilities & much needed extra parking

I have eaten here a lot over the years, But the food is on a downward trend, Hopefully when they move to a new premises they won't take the current chef with them.
Three meals all of poor preparation especially the steak sandwich who ever cooked it one should not be in a job.
You can be busy and make mistakes but it was empty and to have a person who pre cooks onions and then serves them hours later as slime in a sandwich then burns the steak and bread and the salad was well past its best before date.
The other two meals were not much better, hopefully the dogs will eat it

Lovely place, wheelchair accessible and food was yummy!! Servers were lovely and gave my toddler son a free crayons and colouring/ activity book.

We held my sisters 30's birthday lunch here today, booked a table for 40 with no issues.. Portion size is extremely generous, food was lovely.. Bistro staff were amazing and friendly.. Old lady at the bar needs to retire though, her service was very poor.. No smile nothing, just a grunt.. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for her, oh and the lady at the front door who said "are you with the large group" in front of my sister when it was meant to be a surprise.. Thanks for that 🙄
