A really great value place to stay but the staff make it. Everyone on reception was super helpful but Ismael from Ibiza was so helpful and funny. He made us some great recommendations, couldn\'t have been more helpful and even practiced my Spanish with me.

One of the best places we have ever stayed and ideal place for family. Conveniently located to attractions of Cairns. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was really good and kids loved it??'?.. Restaurant was not upto the excellence of the rest of the elements, especially the breakfast..

What a gem! 🌴 Stayed at Cairns Queenslander hotel & Apartments for a 4-night family getaway, and it exceeded every expectation. Our 2-bedroom apartment was super spacious with a full kitchenette and laundry - perfect for whipping up brekkie while planning reef trips. The two resort-style pools were a hit with the kids, complete with shady loungers and tropical gardens for that ultimate Aussie vibe.

Prime spot: 10-min stroll to the coast, shops, and hospital if needed. Free secure parking and WiFi sealed the deal. Very cost-effective. Highly recommend for families or couples. 🇦🇺

The good: Staff were helpful and the facilities were useful. The bad: The owner needs to maintain the place properly by getting the air cons cleaned and serviced. In the first room we tried, the aircon only put out room temperature air. We changed rooms, but this one stank of mould - we looked inside the air con and it was full of mould. We changed room again to the last available room, the air con in this one had *less* mould so we stayed there. Unfortunately this room was street level and yet it only had blackout curtains - no additional privacy curtains that let light through like the other rooms had, so it was very dark.

My second time staying here and I absolutely love! Beautiful rooms, good location, very friendly staff, comfortable facilities and always very clean!!
It really has a nice nostalgic 2000s feel to it which I love. Probably my favourite place to stay in Cairns! Don't change anytime soon CQ!!
