Went there two days in a row. Got the grilled fish, which was nicely cooked with crispy skin and served with creamy mash, broccolini, lemon and tartare sauce. Simple, hearty pub food and a really generous serve. Everything was fresh and tasty.

This has to be one of the top items on the list of tourist locations for a holiday to Cairns. A charismatic tavern, filled with massive portions, a massive menu, and massive taxidermy creatures. Top that with affordable prices, a pool table and a gaming area and you have a recipe for a welcoming and familiar evening feed for everyone.

Crocodile schnitzel was the highlight meal, but they also have an extensive range of parma toppers, rib racks, and a full desert menu.

My only complaint is that I wish there was a C&B back home. 10/10

We visited Cock & Bull for a family dinner and had a fantastic time! We tried the crocodile and kangaroo meat - both were delicious and a great experience. The restaurant had a really lively and welcoming atmosphere. It's very family-friendly, and the kids loved it too. Highly recommended if you\'re in Cairns!

We came here to try kangaroo and crocodile meat.

The place is huge, with spacious indoor and outdoor seating, plus a games room. The atmosphere is fantastic.

The prices are quite reasonable, which was a nice surprise.

The only downside was that most of the food was a bit dry. The kangaroo, crocodile, and even the fish were all generous in portion but slightly dry in texture.

Still, we\'re grateful to Cook \'N\' Bull for giving us such a unique and memorable dining experience!

It was a unique and different experience to dine at Cock & Bull. We really enjoyed the food, including crocodile, kangaroo, and sausage. You have to line up to place your order and pay at the kitchen area. Then, you go and pick up your plates when they are ready. I suppose this saves time for the staff, though we enjoy wait service. We were there for diner and the gambling area had closed which is fine with us as we don\'t gamble. We observed two security guards walking the restaurant, as well, so we made sure to be aware of our surroundings. We ate in the outdoor area and others\' cigarettes smoke blowing on us, which was not pleasant. There is also a dining room for members only. Thank you for the excellent food. I especially enjoyed the kangaroo.
