Play Pokies at Queens Beach Hotel in Bowen

I've stayed here a few times for business trips over the years and it never disappoints.

This place is very convenient. The staff are super welcoming and professional. The food is great and fairly priced. The rooms have a great layout. Decent bathroom space. Tv across the bed, clothes hanging space, all the necessities. The rooms are exactly as advertised online. Designated car parking in front of every room.

Dinner services closes at 9pm. The bistro offers room service, you can order from a QR code in the room.

Great location. Great staff. Great atmosphere. Great food. After a long day on the road going through floodwaters, it was such a refreshing atmosphere and clean restaurant to sit at and have a meal. Food was cooked to perfection and the portion sizes were just right. Both manger and waitress (Ash and Lizzie) were so lovely and friendly and were honestly just an absolute vibe and made my day 10 times better. Plenty of options available on the menu - dinner, kitchen doesn't open till 5:30 pm. Little gluten free options.

Di & I came for the Christmas luncheon 2025, Oh My God,,, it was the best food and service ever.I want to thank,
Adriam, Amber, Veronica, Shy Ash & the chefs, Stan, Hasi & Pyae. I totally recommend this place, staff are so wonderful, hey Amber, you & Veronica have 10 stars each,, love the jokes & fun time you gave us. Want to acknowledge our lunches we had there over our stay, besides the Christmas luncheon, the food is absolutely delicious well cooked and more than sufficient, of course staff are totally fantastic. Thanks guys, next time we come back we will be in.

We had such a wonderful experience at the Queen's Beach hotel. The customer service was honestly some of the best we've had in a long time.

Sash brought over our meals and was incredibly friendly, polite, and went the extra mile in a way you rarely see these days. Ash was just as lovely - she came over to let the kids know they could grab a free ice cream after dinner, and that small act of kindness absolutely made their night.

The food was delicious, generous in size, and the menu had so many great options. I'm not normally a pub-food person, but this place completely changed my mind.

We've eaten everywhere in Bowen, and this was leaps and bounds above the rest.

A big thank you to Sash, Ash, and the whole team for creating such a welcoming, memorable experience. They truly deserve the recognition.

The best pub meal for both content and value we\'ve experienced during our 5 month trip around Australia. Senior\'s roast at $19 - roast pork, Yorkshire pud, 10 vegetables and the pork had a crispy skin. Drinks were reasonably price and the staff very friendly.
