Was the best pub called the CLUB HOTEL many years ago,always good for a drink and a feed, had a few fights, a few drinks, a few days and nights spent in this place with friends ,had alot of fun, alot of laughs,they have some karaoke nowadays too , ill have to go in and give an update one of these days or nights, had fancy dress parties as well ,

Not a bad little spot, pool table, drinks are fairly cheap and the beer isn't too heady. Staff are really friendly, happy to chat, even if you're being a bit silly they're very polite about it all. Nice big wide deck area to watch the world go by and catch an ocean breeze.

A very nice little pub. Large outside area for bands or a function. But not air conditioned. Nice service with once people.

Great steak and well priced. Bruce was very welcoming and friendly. If you're after an affordable pub meal in Bowen, don't go past The Larrikin Hotel. We will be back.

Good ol' fashion service and competitively priced meals, goes hand in hand with the comfy country pub feeling ??'?great place to bring the whole family along!! Even the kids would agree.. This will be a more regular family outing for us in the future 😎😁

Usually a very quiet pub with local touches. Very quaint at the back.

Bistro at the back serves nice food. Chicken Kiev with vegetables from the buffet was really nice.

The local beer, a Larrikin Lager, was also very fresh and fruity.

Plenty of seating. Friday and Saturday nights at the bistro can get quite busy.

All locals. Very friendly.

A very suitable venue for the Probus meetings. Enjoyed my first visit and the speaker, Mace Bennett, was excellent.

This is undoubtedly the cleanest public house I've ever visited. Very nice food. Will be going again to try the highly recommended home made pork and bacon pie.

Bruce and Helena take the time to talk to their patrons, and make them feel at home. Lovely atmosphere and plenty of good food.

Don't bother very poor service. Order food and drink 30 mins in 2 sep lines. How can you have chewy pork And cold vegies.

Super good time there .emotions were high because there was a wakeparty on when we got there fir one of the local Fishos.we had a ball and met heaps of cool crew.

While travelling through Bowen, we were looking for somewhere to have lunch. We stopped here and were not disappointed. Best Grilled Chops the hubby has had in 12yrs while living in Australia. I had Roast of Day, plenty of meat, loads of vegetables which was absolutely delicious. Fantastic value for money. Fantastic, friendly staff.. Thank you everyone..

Stopped here for a drink, not long after they opened after lockdown. Place obviously just had some work done while closed. Polished wood everywhere. Staff were friendly and full of life.
