The staffs were great and friendly but the hotel is horrible. As soon as we entered we find dusts and moulds, all brushed underneath the bed. The furnitures and dishes had dusts all over. Bathroom had hair, towels with stains. I understand it's a budget hotel, but at least do the bare minimum and clean what's obvious

Best pub in town. Protected from the bloody wind. And the food. Trev had the 1kg of mussels unbelievable only $37. And yes he finished it. I had the ribs tender Prefect. Great friendly staff

Right on the beach front (apart from the road). Service - excellent. Atmosphere - relaxed. Food - I need just say oysters on the shell! Indoor and outdoor seating. Great place to wind down after a stroll.

Had dinner at The Pier, arrived early to beat the rush. Don't bother. Steak overcooked and cold, entree came out with main and also cold. Partner had the eye fillet, cooked well done, it too was cold! Steaks must be getting pre cooked? Staff confirmed the chef was working tonight so can't even blame unqualified kitchen staff! In short, worst meal in Pt Lincoln and grossly overpriced for what is essentially 2 star pub grub! Avoid.

We had lunch at the Pier hotel. I ordered a rump steak at $44 the gravy was $5, so quite an expensive meal. My husband ordered a mixed salad. Our meals arrived, his was quite enjoyable but my steak was barely warm, so I told the waitress so she took it away, another arrived wuit quickly, so obviosly they are pre cooked & sitting around, still not hot & she forgot my $5 gravy, so i had to call her back again, but I carried on with it. It was the worst steak I have ever ordered in a pub, it wasn't cheap so you could expect it to be nice. I could hardly cut it, it was so tuff & it was very fatty.
Obviously while holidaying in Port Lincoln, we looked elsewhere for our meals.
Very disappointed.
