Just had a live music event in the Elliott Bar. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They made the whole process simple and over 100 guests had a great time! Such a terrific venue for a function, we will do it again!!

Had trouble getting in , locked doors everywhere . Got questioned about not having a fixed address ( this happens everywhere I go) . Rooms are neat , but there is a very tiny step up into the bathroom. Which I I seen , after tripping .. Be careful of that .
I've never been charged ,and had the deposit taken out of my bank , before I even got here .. so ,for me, that's a negative. I will see about tea .. costs are adding up , I thought this would be easy on the pocket . Good choice of food .. real spunky at the bar .
Checked out , but have not received my $100 back .. so what was a $124 , has now turned out to be $224 ... So I don't see how it's low price ... Won't be going back

We had the pleasure of hosting my sister's graduation party and birthday celebration at this establishment. The experience was exceptionally positive. The staff demonstrated remarkable friendliness and hospitality, even offering complimentary champagne for a celebratory toast and providing additional chairs to accommodate our guests. The quality of the food was excellent, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this venue for hosting events, as it offers ample parking and is conveniently located away from heavy traffic.

Manhattan hotel in Ringwood ( I would say more Vermont) used to be my local. I have enjoyed many a pub meal in their bar, played trivia there, seen bands and utilised the buffet.
Visited their Feast area tonight for a buffet meal. Seniors can eat for $25- good value, but they wouldn't accept my disability pension card, so I was charged full price. ($38 M-Thu, $42 Fri-Sun) Disappointing BC most venues accept them and treat them the same.
Food was ok, nothing stood out as great.
There is a play area within Feast for kids to utilise while parents eat.
Pokies area has had an upgrade since I was last here- looking a bit more swanky with some decorative divides scattered throughout and new carpet.
Didn't get to The Back Bar- but will probably skip Feast and head there next time for better food.

Celebrated my 50th birthday in the Empire Room. It was a perfect size (approx 70 people) bar staff were amazing and all the preparation leading up to event was very easy thanks to Kelly and Phil. Finger food was yum and plenty for everyone. We had a band and danced the night away on the new LED dance floor. The Photobooth girl provided the photo booth, lots of fun, many great pictures and a photo book for me to keep. Would highly recommend the venue. Thank you to the Manhattan for helping make my night special

Absolutely amazing venue !! I celebrated my 60th birthday there in Elliott's Bar and from the minute we started planning it together the staff were so supportive and worked so hard to make my night better than I ever imagined. It was beyond perfect .. the room was so beautifully decorated and having the stage and light up dance floor was brilliant. Absolutely delicious food and great selection of drinks. All of my guests LOVED it and had a ball ! Special thanks to Kellie, Phil and Axel for all of your help and I cannot thank you enough for your efforts in creating my event and what was an incredible memorable night !!

I had my 60th Cocktail party there and we all had a Fantastic time there. Finger-food was delicious and the drinks was too??'?
This is the third family event we had there and it won't be the last.

I have been to the Manhattan over the last six years presenting training courses in their function rooms. The renovations are astonishing and the venue has really been transformed. Very attentive staff and their manager was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you for hosting such a successful night and look forward to many more.

I celebrated my 70th birthday there a week ago, the function went well and the finger food provided was delicious but I'm very disappointed with how my guests were treated, a few needed to use the elevator but were refused access and even though a couple had booked accommodation for the night, they were not allowed to use the elevator to get to their room on the upper floor and had to seek accommodation elsewhere, there's 1 elevator in the building although they've got at least 3 function rooms and all the accommodation on the upper level and they expect elderly guests with walkers to use stairs, they don't even have a ramp. NOT GOOD AT ALL.

Great place for accommodating large groups (we had a party of 15). The feast buffet has something for everyone. Food was fresh and tasty. Wait staff were lovely and very quick at clearing the table of used plates. The kids cinema room and play area was fantastic. Only reason giving 4 stars is because the ladies toilets was in a terrible condition. Otherwise this is the second time we have visited and enjoyed the buffet as much as the first!

I recently hired the Empire Room function room for my 30th and it was an amazing event. Kelly did a superb job of making sure everything ran smoothly and that all of our food requirements were met. The atmosphere was amazing and everything was exactly as expected. We all had a beautiful night ☺️

We held my son's 1 year old birthday party in one of the function rooms at the Manhattan Hotel and it turned out great!
Kelly was very helpful in organising the event for us, even down to the balloons. She made the whole process easy and the event went smoothly on the day.

They did not have our booking - a few others had the same issue too - apparently all arising from phone bookings. Not a good look with myriad people standing around in the foyer though they waitlisted us for the next available table. They need to improve on this. Otherwise, it was good. Food had wide variety, well cooked and constantly replenished. Staff were promptly clearing the table. I liked that they had round tables - easier for group conversations.

I booked the Manhattan Hotel's 'Empire room' for my 21st birthday party and it was an amazing venue! Kelly, the functions manager, was nothing short of a pleasure to work with, and worked hard to give me the night I wanted. The staff were all super friendly, the food was amazing, and the sound system was sensational. My only issue was that on the night of my function, the venue seemed to be quite short staffed after I was promised a minimum of 2 bartenders throughout the course of my event, as well as food staff who were going to be thorough in ensuring all my guests were attended to. Because of this lack of staff, my guests were having to experience long wait times at the bar and in some cases, no food at all as the platters of food were just being placed on a table and not circled around the room. If it was not for this staffing issue, I would be rating them a 5 star.

Had a great experience at the all you can eat Feast restaurant. A really great selection of food and desserts. A cheap night out for seniors at $22. Its also a good venue for families, they even have a playroom for the kids. Looking forward to going back there.

Was ok. I prefer a normal restaurant. Price is good for seniors. Boys love going to manhattan . Get to eat whatever they like.

Such a nice night out with our family. The feast buffet is excellent. The restaurant and food areas are exceptionally clean, the food is yummy and the staff are so friendly and attentive. The kids had a great time in the playground. Would recommend for a family night out, we had a great time and are looking forward to coming back.

Had my son's 21st there on a on a weekend in one of the Manhattan hotels reception rooms.
The atmosphere was very good, the music provided was good and the finger food was excellent.
There is plenty of parking available and you also get a security guard to ensure no uninvited guests attend.
The bad news is the toilets aren't the best and with 80 guests attending the toilets needed to be cleaned more regularly.

We had early dinner there tonight and could truly not fault anything! The young man who took the booking was friendly and helpful!! We arrived and were escorted to our table (we requested a quiet corner because we have hearing trouble and was able to get one! - not an easy task when there are a lot of people. The girl at the bar was lovely and patient! The staff were cleaning the tables continuously without being in your 'face'! Busy hardworking people. One can only hope that they will be treated with respect not to mention getting rewarded for their hard work??'?🤩 how happy we are that we have this kind of normalcy after the gruelling years of covid!! Oh and of course the food - we thoroughly enjoyed it!! Absolute value for money. We love eating out. Have spend more money elsewhere - which didn't mean the food was better! We always head back to the Manhattan. Keep it up..you are doing a great job team!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Had lunch at the buffet. Very competitively price in my opinion. Adults (13 and above) is $35 per person, seniors is $20 and kids (4-12) $15. I believe dinner is the same price as well.

I came on a Monday afternoon so it's really quiet, but I would expect it to get busy on weekends and festive seasons. The restaurant is big and spacious, but the food area looks like it can get quite cramped.

Speaking of food, for the price you get I would say tamper your expectations. Your palette would not be greatly stimulated by any sort of gourmet style selection, but you get a decent enough spread. The dessert section again isn't some artisan-bakery-cafe type of options, but if you have an inclination towards sweet stuff I think it's safe to say you'll be happy.

There is a big-ish children's area too which comes with a movie room, an indoor playground and some arcade machines. Just an added bonus if the kids need a bit of stimulation while the adults have their fill. Drinks are separate though, that's pay as you go.

First time eating here, came here with family and friends, overall the staff were friendly and the atmosphere is great and pretty clean, but the food could be better, some food tastes bit like dough, but the desert were nice ??'? will come back here soon.

Today I could not fault the food. It was very tastefull and fresh and can recommend it to anyone. Would suggest to give it a go

Our family had their xmas function in the Feast Restaurant, wide variety of food, to cater to everyone, staff were very friendly. I am sure we will be back.

Had a Table for 20 and every single person LOVED the day.. The food was Delicious, and LOTS of choice. The chef created these beautiful (Vegetable Arrangements) which were impressive, I have added a photo.. The venue and Tables were decorated beautifully. And lastly the Staff were absolutely Amazing. Every single staff member I encountered were extremely happy and welcoming. They were genuinely pleased to make our day so special. There was also a Suprise visit from Santa which was lovely for all the Kids. The playroom was clean and there was also a Christmas movie playing on the Big Screen, they thought of everything for the kids and Adults alike.. Just over the moon with everything, and think we may become regulars..

Slow table service for drinks in the Back Bar using the qr system. Delivered a wrong drink, were advised, and didn't bother rectifying. Food was basic but acceptable. Would I go back...probably not!

Food was good, not great. Lacked a bit of atmosphere. Our order was mixed up and jug of coke was flat, but staff were lovely and fixed issues quickly

Came here with 16 Shirleys for Shirley Club worse food we have ever eaten.The food was also cold tough and very dry. We booked Ages ago so they knew of our booking in advance and there was insufficient staff to cater with the orders. We give the staff member 3 stars but the good one star only. All we can say is get a new chef for you will go broke
