Visited the RSL for Father's Day lunch, staff were welcoming, food and drinks well priced, quick service and meals were lovely. Open space and wasn't very quiet. My only recommendation would be to have been asked to become a member, but maybe next time l return, l can do this. Great day and the staff made it wonderful for us and others. Nothing was too much trouble.

We absolutely love coming here for dinner! We are made to feel so welcome by everyone who works here, as we've been regulars for two years. The food is first rate and steak nights are the best value in town! But you have to book! Huge thanks to everyone at Ringwood RSL especially our special pals Margie and Cheryl. Such wonderful women with beautiful hearts, and all the staff totally rock 🙌

My side chips and salad for $10 - chips were hot and fresh, salad a tad sad and hardly any dressing, portions could be bigger but they were sides so I guess ok; great service from Leanne - very friendly; unfortunately a piece of plastic in my friend's Singapore noodles (he didn't want to tell you because he was embarrassed but I just had to let you know)

Unfortunately for us, it is one of the worst meals we have had in a long time.
Don't know if we'll go back .
I had chicken schnitzel chips and vegetables vegies too soft chips soaked in oil gravy tasted like mud.
My wife had Laksa with prawns. We had to send that one back and replaced it with a Lamb Shank.
That one was just ok.

Went for tea for my sister's birthday this week. The standard parma was lovely, and other guests enjoyed their dishes. What to be aware of is that the halloumi chips are battered, not grilled, and not a generous serve. A bucket though for the middle aged woman serving on the bistro counter. She's brusque to the point of rudeness and should not be in a client facing role. So I'm taking off 2 points for that.

Buritto Bowl - A good serve of grilled barramundi on top of a lovely
serve of rice, tomato salsa, charred corn, black beans with avocado and
sour cream ($26). Highly recommend this burrito bowl - delicious.

Went to play drag bingo. What a fantastic night we had and the hosts were incredible. So much fun. Next time though I won't bother ordering food, I'll eat somewhere else before hand.

Dined for dinner. I had the Thai beef salad which was good & hubby had the pork parma & said that was good too. I love enjoying some cocktails when I go out but they didn't do them here so that's definitely the one recommendation I have, add a few classic cocktails to your bar/drinks menu. Service friendly.

We have been twice in the past week and our experience was excellent. The food was served promptly and everyone enjoyed their dishes. The grandkids and the adults loved the Halloween theme and the effort put into this display is to be commended. Great family friendly bistro with a good selection of dishes at a reasonable price.

Nice venue and staff are very good. We were a group of 4 and 2 of the meals were good but 2 were quite average. The chicken ceaser was quite tasty but the chicken was still on the skewer and was dry and cold. The other meal was a souvlaki style meal but the lamb was carved off a roast lamb leg and was not seasoned as expected.

Well cooked food. Wednesday $20 steak night is great value. Can't beat it. Big 400g size better than other places offering for +$30

Has a couple of beers on tap, and a good can of Guinness from the fridge always a favourite.

Staff were lovely, however the food not so. Just microwaved food, had slider that u could not put a knife through the bread, cold chicken schnitzel and no dressing on salad. Just attention to any detail just not there. Would not go back to eat $75 not well spent.

I was very impressed with Ringwood RSL. The staff were professional and efficient and friendly. The atmosphere was great and the amenities outstanding. Also the drinks were ultra cheap - a glass of Petaluma Chardonnay for $6!! I didn't get the chance to eat there but I'm going to return to do just that. Also plenty of off street parking.

Lovely lunch with our adult daughter, celebrating her birthday. Food was great, atmosphere was lovely. We shall definitely be back with ALL the family! Excellent.

A great family dinner & good value. The young girl (cant recall her name, sorry) who served my family on the 13/07/2023 at approximately 6:00 was a pleasure to deal with & made our night, especially my 9 year old daughter's. Would recommend for a casual dinner out. Thanks!

We went for Anzac day & will not return. The meals were precooked & heated up. The food tasted very bland, was not hot & had a poor presentation. The service was friendly & efficient. It had a small but informative collection of war memorabilia.

Not sure if there has been a change in chefs but the food quality has improved drastically over the last couple of months.
Incredible food, worth the price. The perfect service is just the added bonus.
100% would recommend to everyone.

This is a great place to have family lunches and dinners.
The staff are friendly and efficient, the food quality is very good, the variety is very good, the sizes of the meals are "large", and the ambience quite nice.
Prices are very reasonable.
Have a playground to the kids.
Love the effort they go with on decorating for special occasions like Halloween and Christmas

Came for steak night. Was pleasantly surprised, medium was cooked well, not over or under but was a bit charred. Brilliant value with the chips and salad and sauce. The seniors menu is light on- a few fish fillets, and the garlic and cheese bread was small. Priciest things on the menu are drinks. My jaw dropped for the jug prices of softdrink and beer.

I've been to a few RSL's. And would say this one is one of the best yet. The memorabilia cabinets had some fantastic treasures. Reminding us of the reason for the place.

Easy car park to navigate with the entrance notion a main road . Upon entering we were greeted with friendly staff who it seemed couldn't do enough for us. Friendly bar staff with snacks on the bar ... Awesome!!
Pokie's were fun and even they played unusually fairly. Did not have enough time for a meal but they looked good !

Dated interior but food was good and a reasonable price but still using members and seniors discount cheapest main was $16 with a $4 coffee so 20. Good service and happy staff.
For a filling meal good value.
Had a good crowd of older locals who clearly meet here regularly. Hope it stays.

Staff were friendly & accommodating but that couldn't make up for the underwhelming food. The chicken parma's were overcooked & dried out. The calamari was rubbery in some parts & under cooked in others. One of our kids meals came with a piece of plastic inside it, that my child found mid mouthful. We were refunded for that meal. It's a shame that the kitchen let the bistro down because the Halloween atmosphere was awesome.

went to the rsl for dinner, to celebrate a family birthday, food prices are very reasonable, wait times where really good. ordered a parma, the chicken crumbing was very moist, like it had been dipped in water, the chicken was dry though, and cold. chips on the other hand where really good!

Went to watch an afternoon of jazz at this venue. Everyone is so cheerful and caring. Despite my coming after the kitchen closed they did me a lunch of fish and chips. Says it all. And yes the jazz band and the singer Hans Dezilwa were brilliant

Had lunch with three mates in Anzac lounge all our meals were fantastic highly recommend

Garlic prawns were lovely. The rest of the meal was a huge let down. Frozen soggy vegetables, pepper sauce was cream with 6 pepper corns at the bottom. To be fair the waitress tried to warn us off ordering it! The chicken flat bread with pomegranate seeds had no pomegranate seeds, on questioning we were told they were in the sauce but that's not what was advertised. No attempt to rectify. The flat bread was raw and doughy. Won't be rushing back.

The food was really good. Medium steak was cooked to perfection. The Deans burger also should be tried. The spicy sauce was really good. The middle eastern Shawarma was a good choice. Thanks chef.

Good, not overpriced food and chilled vibe for a fun night at the pokies. Me and some of my mates all under 20 went there and had a cracker of a time. If you wanna go to the pokes definitely would recommend.
