What a magnificent place. Such a casual, chill environment yet warm and friendly.

Food is incredible! We'd come back in a heartbeat. Either inside or if weather favourable, outside, a stones throw to the beach.

Staff were great at the Kirra Beach Hotel! After we had ordered food we had a family emergency and had to leave in a hurry. Staff were very kind quicky putting our food into take away containers so that we could still enjoy the meal later!
Thanks for the great friendly service, we will be back in the future.

Lunch for 10 people. We put our order down on paper and gave it the cashier who ticked off our order as we queued and then paid at the counter 1 by 1.
Very helpful. Food was great and reasonably priced. The Barramundi was very generous in size too. Parking can be a bit sparse in Kirra but they do have an underground carpark for guests at the back of the building. (The ramp entry is just past the loading dock).
Overall a pleasing lunch had by all in a great location.

Atmosphere on a Sat night was great and great vibes from all the staff. Great decor and awesome vibe.

Let down by the food, the schnitzel mash was undercooked and had hard lumps of undercooked potato.

Great taste on the chicken tender burger but ultimately the burger was too dry. Needs more sauce, pickles and melted cheese to really hit the spot as well as a softer bun. Chips were delicious.

I took the wife and kids there during the week for dinner to try it out being brand new. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful. The menu needs some work though. The basics are what you would expect but once again the kids meals are cheap and nasty same as every other tavern/bistro around. As far as general expectations go, all round it was above average and a good place to have a beer and steak with mates. Not really a place to take the wife and kids. The chips are very good I will note. Don't bother with the salads.

Great choice of food and tastes good. Service a hit-and-miss. Lots of staff walking around but they didn't take notice of us coming in so we just found a table and then had to go find a menu after sitting there for 5 minutes. This was Tuesday night so it wasn't busy. Would've been nice to be welcomed. Other than that food came out fast and overall a nice experience.

Busy as to be expected for a new place. Went upstairs and ordered from QR code, service was quick, and even though I stuffed up our order (I'm sure I checked it) the staff didn't make a big deal about replacing the errant meal with what we wanted. Mains $24-70+ . Could also have chosen tapas style, but would have been about $30/head. Wine selection could have wider diversity but champers by the glass was great!

Very wary after reading the reviews of others but we had a group of 14 and were seated in a corner together. We all ordered separately and the meals all came out one after the other in record time of 10 minutes. We received beautiful meals and friendly service during our attendance in the downstairs restaurant.

The 'Lamb Shanks & mash' were worth waiting in essentially an oversized, loud dining area in need of some soft music for ambience & maybe some partitions to block out some noise pollution. - It gets busy!
If you can block it out, the food is notably memorable! "Quality Pub-Grub".

Very casual, good food, welcoming atmosphere, couldn't wait for my parmigiana to arrive. Got comped some mushroom gravy, perfect place for a post surf feed. ;)

Great local pub with cool vibe and fantastic location and outlook. I hope the redevleopment somehow can retain this character

Excellent service and cuisine and we got in 1 week before it closes down for 2 years. A skyrise is going up where the pub is now but Kirra Beach Hotel will be back bigger and better as the bottom couple of floors of the of the new building (skyrise) which will begin construction from Monday March 1st, 2021. Iconic location.

Had an awesome rib eye steak, cooked to perfection.

The food and service was average at best. Over cooked and reluctant service. 😭

Don't bother, poor service starting with getting the order wrong, followed by waiting for five other tables, who all ordered some time after we did, get their food first. Then get the stink eye for asking for a refund when I food still hasn't arrived. Place has gone downhill.

Service was friendly, props to the waitresses because the next pair isn't their fault.. The stars are for the service not food. Food gets zero stars.I ordered an eye fillet, I didn't get an eye fillet. I got what looked like was a piece of meat clearly ripped (not cut) from a rump, thrown around in the kitchen, they must have played soccer with my bit of steak then gave it to a dog to chew for a bit before throwing it on the pan and cooking it. No seasoning, vegetables were bland. My wife ordered a rump with garlic sauce. The sauce tasted like water with garlic in and our kids schnitzel was cooked and burned more than an Irishman on a summers day.At least the beer was cold.Also, the kids playroom machines took the money but didn't start the games.

Lovely and clean apartments. Very close to beach and local restaurants. Would highly recommend

Went there Sunday night really enjoyed the food. Impressed by great customer service. Prices reasonable for the generous portion sizes and good quality. Recommend burgers..lamb cutlets...pizza and fish and chips

Good was nice..... bit barn like but great place for groups. Some music would have helped the atmosphere. Meals were fast and decent size portions. We were satisfied with good pub food.

Now with an awesome beer garden, it'll be on our rotation of places to eat where kids can be entertained. As I regularly eat out with a group.. the downfall was that the tables outside can't be moved to accommodate larger groups. The meals are well priced and average... It's a LOOOng way to walk if sitting outside to get a drink before the second bar is open. However, there were 8 grownups and 10 kids and we all enjoyed ourselves.

Great food for cheap price. Very nice atmosphere with great view of sea. All staffs are very friendly and good at their service. I used to live in this area before but now I lived in Brisbane, however I go to here whenever I get a chance. Mostly I order rump steak and chips and it is one of the best steaks I can get. Meat is nice and tender, chips is so crunchy and and the sauce is so good. Plenty of area for dining and is kids friendly as well. I highly recommend this place for dining.

Good food but more importantly its consistently good! There are 6 choices in the $12 meal range (extra $1 for the tasty sauces) but also a range of other (more expensive) meals if nothing on that list takes your fancy. There is a small list of kids meals too. My favourite is the $12 200g rump steak served with beer batter chips and small salad (plus I get a mushroom gravy). It does get busy here and the acoustics are not the best so it can get very noisy. Staff are great. Hard to beat for value and consistent taste!
