Extremely poor management. Turned up tonight on my motorcycle for dinner and a drink with my lady.
Was refused entry purely on the fact we arrived on a motorcycle with a couple friends on their motorcycles. Clean and tidy dressed. Very well presented, we are all semi local to the area, (Burleigh). But female a manager made the call and asked security to refuse entry.
Security are doing their job and told us the female manager does not want patrons who ride motorcycles as patrons, absolutely nuts statement. Extremely poor effort by management. There was no intimidating people, nor people with offensive tattoos.
How about the young people in their stumbling around in the terrace and not being refused service by rsa guidelines.??
Poor managementand Kirra hotel, We ended up across the road at the surf club with no issues at all.
Flabbergasted to the reason of refusal.
Actually dumbfounded and in disbelief.
Some of our group already had drinks and meals ordered which unfortunately could not be finished as where asked to leave. No offer of refunds.
