Great Country pub with very clean affordable Accommodation and great Balcony.( I have stayed there many times) STAFF are very welcoming and friendly, and the Patrons also. Great Atmosphere, Drinks are priced well, pub has the usual pokies, Pool Table and also a Beergarden. New Owner James, has opened a great PIZZA bar, with Licensed Dine - In , Take - away and Delivery on Thursday, Friday and Saturday Nights, 6 - 9 PM with the BEST PIZZAS in the Mid North. ALSO, Home Made bar SNACKS AVAIL. at ALL TIMES. I highly recommend this pub, when visiting Peterborough.

Great place to unwind, cold beer, friendly atmosphere and staff, hopefully more meal options coming, new lessee sorting out his options to accommodate his patrons fully into the future.

This was such a terrific find. We were passing through on a long road trip and stopped here because it was affordable and easy to find. Then we wound up having a really great time because the people were so welcoming and warm. Deanna made us feel completely at home, and even took a little video of us as a memento of the visit. The place has an old-school charm, a relaxed small-town vibe, and and a wrap-around veranda where we got a terrific view of the sunset (and maybe our best photos from the whole trip). Great memories!

Headed to the Peterborough hotel passing through wanting to spend a couple of dollars. 3 families walked into the Sportbar. The barmaid looked us up and down. Not particularly welcoming. Had one drink and left. Shame
