We usually have a meal there once a week or so while in Georgetown.

Six of us stopped in for lunch. Based on the great service from the lovely lady who took our orders and served us and everyone else\'s meals, this would be a 4.5 to 5 star review. However, I ordered the beef docs but when it came out it was lamb rack, and the lady apologized, said hocks is no longer on the menu and she forgot to tell me. That would have been fine and I would have just chosen chicken or fish.. but I was not given any option. I was just presented with the lamb racks and an apology. I was on the spot and felt it would be disrespectful to refuse the chefs beautifully prepared lamb so I accepted it. But I dont enjoy lamb and left 60% of it, a wasted meal and I left still hungry.. spoiled what would have otherwise been a great experience. Sorry :(

Great food and drinks! Great vegan and vegetarian options! Amazing service.

We had the beef brisket and pork belly - brisket was tough and overall not what we expected. My partner had the pork belly as well as others on the table - Everyone had 2 piece but my partner had 1 (all the same size too) which he was disappointed with also.
Ordered kids meals but they didn't allow us the kids desserts because the kitchen had closed yet there was no offer to bring it out early for them.
Won't be back and definitely won't be recommending it to anyone else

A lot of restaurants are hit and miss but I've found Grays hotel is consistent with their quality meals. Parmi Thursday is a particular favourite for our family; it's really good value for money, they're big enough to eat half for dinner and half for lunch the next day!
