We have recently been to EPH, we hadn't been in years... food was delicious 😋
1st time I had the chicken burger 10/10, and last Thursday we had the fisherman's basket special, it all tasted good but looked like it has just been thrown on the plate- presentation is everything..room for improvement in the kitchen.
Played the pokies, however one lady who apparently couldn't understand me ( no English) was playing at least 4 machines - I asked her if I could play one as the venue was busy but she told me "I only play one" and clearly she wasn't! I addressed this with a female staff member who did go and speak with her, however she wasn't made to give up any of her four machines, I approached a different staff member who told me they can't stop them... why can't you?? And the banging on the machines and staff just walk past and ignore it. I believe staff need to be paying more attention and less time chatting together..

Had really good porterhouse.... Got some profit from the Pokies.. The night manager was really nice, the way he talked to customer good guy.. I think his name was Rosen if I'm not wrong good staff.. coming back soon again??'?

Everythings algood but too that orange hair skinny worker something else mate social distancing trying to get in my face trying to flirt in front of my wife was not on! Came to play pokies not try get with ya mate) be considerate with those and there partners! You can call it insecure! But I have some respect ,and yes I felt uncomfortable when you kept coming to me or around my machine I would of told you but I didn't want to get blamed or kicked out,if I wanted help withy machine I would of asked !

We often attend the EPH and cannot speak more highly of the team here, always consistently amazing, we are always welcomed, the food is always amazing, fast & of highest quality, it has never been wrong and I'd say we have attended 50+ times, the team are always consistent in their approach, welcoming, calm & collected, even if the venue is bursting with customers, you always get the same thing here which is extremely rare & something they should be proud of!

Love this venue, not like a pub, not noisy at all really pleasant eating area. Snacks and main meals are very generous and well presented. Will be going again.

We had our family Xmas lunch here today and I want to say the staff, the food, the service was wonderful! We were made to feel comfortable and shown a fantastic time. Absolutely nothing was an issue from an egg allergy to the kitchen accommodating our elderly father's birthday cake, the staff were great! Thank you Epping Plaza Hotel, we had an awesome afternoon!!

Had dinner here with my Partner and 2 kids last week and was met with the best service from who I believe must've been a manager ?? (Male, blonde hair, shaved sides). He was so lovely and accommodating, even printed out colouring in pages and brought out pencils for the kids and would compliment the girls colouring/writing. The food was also delicious, filling and not badly priced.

Quiet and spacious environment. Good food at great prices.

My family and I had dinner at the Epping Hotel, we ordered the seafood platter with the promise of a full plate, but, only got half. Still a good meal.

Only went in here for a coffee with a friend. The place was reasonably well laid out. Polkies on site. Bistro with a range of meal available which is open for lumch and dinner at set times. Relaxed atmosphere.

Very professional and courteous staff. I love this place. They always take care of visitors. Amazing food and they do their best to cater the needs of visitors. They always treat like a family. Thanks for providing a great place and environment. 🫡🫡🫡 highly recommended place

Cannot remark highly enough for this hotel. Went there for lunch on the spur of the moment and was glad we did. New chef = the best food, and being vegetarian I was looking for something suitable, although the menu didn't have any meals the chef was all too happy to cook me up a vegetable pasta dish, there was so much of it I polished off the lot. Compliments to the chef, and also the staff for making this happen. Thank You

Classic pub food. Quite good! Staff had a bit of a mix up bit fixed it up right away. Would happily eat here again.

Haven't been here for quite a while and I won't be back anytime soon unfortunately. The last time I attended was on my birthday a few years ago with my family and all of the staff looked like they were bored as hell and desperately wanted new jobs and more of a challenge.

Orders were placed and when the food eventually came a significant amount of time later, most of the meals that arrived weren't what we had ordered and had to be sent back. When the correct meals did come, the majority of them were overdone, burnt or both. Not good enough Epping Plaza Hotel, PICK UP YOUR GAME! 😐

Good location close to Hotel and Dining Restaurant's and shopping center.

Not bad place

This venue is huge. Plenty of choices in gaming room free soft drink /coffee, a separate TV room.to watch sport, plenty of space between seats to promote comfort,plenty of paid staff walking around to service the patrons every needs quickly and with a friendly welcoming smile.There is a kitchen and food served late at night. Staff is proffesional and gaming has began using the self serve ticket system for self service cash out. Staff very attentive so there is no long waiting ques for payments or change or drinks. More venues should adopt this customer service policies.

I like the place for its decor and the staff. They are polite and friendly. The food I'd say is ok nothing great to expect. I had a chicken Peri Peri wrap and my wife has veal scalloponi.
