Had an extremely long wait for a meal here last Friday - over 90 minutes. One was roast pork - no crackle and no apple sauce. Staff had to ask chef what the roast was !

I took a visitor to the Club tonight for dinner. We had a steak each. The best meal we have ever had. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Our thanks to the Chefs.. Service was great. All the staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Good on you everyone. You all made our night very pleasant. Thank you :)

Came out here to get a good steak and I'm not sure how you under cook and over cook a sirloin at the same time but they achieved it. Most likely frozen. Terrible, if you in the area head a bit further to Miles they can do a good steak.

We had a party of 13 in mid November, 2023. Food was very disappointing. 3 meals sent back because they were not cooked properly. Since then we have heard many complaints about the food. This used to be the best food in town but sadly not anymore.

Fish and chips, fish tasted like perch and if it wasn't out of a frozen pre-packed box I'd be surprised! Greasy and tasteless, the side salad was warm and limp, would not order that dish again.

Our second visit in 12 months and just as polished and professional as the first. Vast menu, clean and welcoming atmosphere and friendly attentive staff. Can't wait to go back again

Quality food at moderate pricing. My partners double rack of ribs were the best he'd ever had and paired well with macaroni cheese and corn cob; my rump was cooked well but slightly chewy as a thick cut plus nice chips and very fresh salad. We ate here on a Mon night and there were plenty of staff and patrons.

Great place for a meal, been several times ad always reliable. Good food and reasonable prices, friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere.

Had dinner there tonight and the Wednesday special, beef cheeks, were beyond perfect... for $27.50 this was one of the best meals I have had in 15 months of travelling around Australia...
I cannot recommend this highly enough and my wife's pork belly was beautifully cooked as well...
If you're in Chinchilla on a Wednesday night do not go past the beef cheeks here. Perfection on a plate...

Absolutely, the worst food I've ever had was here! It's been going downhill for a while, and last night was the final nail in the coffin!
We returned several dishes for refunds as they were totally inedible. Chicken parmigiana, which is a simple easy dish, still comes out like deep-fried cardboard.

The prices are outrageous, and the food is terrible. Avoid at all cost!

Had a great lunch there on a Tuesday, everything was cooked to perfection. I had chicken wings which were different to the normal Pub ones and my wife had the stake sandwich which was very popular.

I enjoyed my time here. Linked to the motel next door.

In-town visiting. Steaks across our table were undercooked with one medium coming out rare twice after talking to wait staff. The decider for the negative comment was the sad excuse for Crème Brûlée which was lumpy and chunky textured and the top was a liquid mess not even slightly crispy. I was also over charged for this dessert despite it's cost being written on the glass window. This was returned to the kitchen.

On our way to Roma and stopped for something to eat. Asked a couple of locals where can I get a good steak and this was their recommendation.

The staff are really warm and welcoming.

Steak was 3 out of 5, a little chewy not rested enough. Mushroom sauce was a little too watery for my liking.

It's a pity that a real mince patty wasn't used in the burger.

Overall food was hot, it had taste and the staff were really friendly

Took my friend for a 30th birthday dinner. Nobody from the staff congratulated her after hearing it's her birthday. Service at the bar was definitely bad, didn't have anything we wanted available. Food was great though, but the expected friendly service was really not there.

Crumbed lamb cutlets were easily the worst I've ever had. Tough as old boots. The crumbs were ok but forget the rest. The mushroom gravy was bland and featureless. Thank God the veggies were edible. I've eaten here several times before and always looked forward to coming back, but probably never again.

Nice meal but drinks where way over priced for a country town. Not everyone works in the gas industry out here. I'll be injoying a better priced beer a the RSL next time.

We stayed here for a night during our road trip and it was really lovely. Stunning, modern motel rooms with big tv to watch the footy. Very clean and spacious. We walked to the pub next door for dinner. The food was good and the kids dessert is the YUMMIEST cookie and ice cream sandwich Delish! I'm so glad our daughter didn't want hers hehe. Very handy having the pub and a bottle shop right next door. Overall a really nice, easy experience.

Scored a The Club Hotel's 'Burger that Gives 2 Bucks' beef patty burger, added the $5 chips. Was a good burger. Went for dinner with some mates, had the ribs. Were good ribs. Good place to kick back for an easy meal and drinks.

Excellent food staff very good and helpful. Dining room modern and with kids play area. Good view of the Fruit Bat colony leaving their daytime roost.

The blond female bar staff was extremely rude to us but friendly with other locals, despite that we were super nice. Except for racism, can't think of anything else. International travelers be aware - don't waste one cent here, unless you love be treated like garbage!

Partner and I enjoyed going fortnightly for lunch, food was fantastic. last Thursday got bland looking plate of food, the fish was smothered in so much pepper in edible and both got food poisoning, thanks

Excellent venue with great food and a quality range of drinks including craft beers. Food portions are huge and the service is top notch. I would definitely be going back if travelling out west. Recommended!!

Based on the hot chips alone, 11/10 would recommend. A little hiccup with one of the meals was dealt with swiftly in the end. It's true - they really do serve the best steaks in the west. Worth travelling from Brisbane for.

Love eating out here. It is very clean, roomy and the food is beautifully presented. The staff are the nicest people and enjoy a laugh. It is my favourite place to go in Chinchilla.

Have been to the Club for a meal quite a few times now. As always the food was excellent and well priced. If you are in Chinchilla I can definitely recommend having a meal there.

Red Emperor over cooked, incredibly dry. Place wasn't busy, only a table if 8 with steaks so chefs need to learn timing when multiple protein ordered,. Put the seafood on last folks. ud83dudc4a

Lovely modern setting in the restaurant. Kids playground needs some attention but is sufficient. The front bar is really relaxed with a rustic charm without feeling old and out dated. Friendly staff. Great food. Moderately priced. What more could you want for a nice family dinner out?
