I stayed 2 months in this motel. Everything was acceptable, until they decided to steal me 300$. And they did the same thing to several of my friends.
We was all working in solar farm, spending thousand of dollar every week to stay here. When Commercial Motel steal me 300$, I came directly to the owner. This is her explanation : "we never received your payment (via booking) so we try to took everything we can on your bank account". I showed her the proof that I already paid her, on my phone and on HER COMPUTER, she understood her mistake, and because she understand she was wrong she just yelled me that if I'm not happy, I should leave directly.
Booking contacted her several times, she ignored everything.
I would love to say that it's a mistake, but it's not. My 1st friend lost 200$ 2 weeks after me, same operation. My 2nd friend lost 350$ 2 days after, same operation.
If you are obligated to stay in this motel, pay directly with them, don't use booking, they will keep your card details. Don't give them the opportunity to steal your money, they will do it.
