Nice atmosphere and friendly staff! Unfortunately my food wasn't too great, but all my friends seemed to enjoyed theirs. One of their favourite things was the rubber duck claw machine. Overall, good customer service, upbeat vibes and good entertainment but only alright dishes.

Amelia was amazing. She served me and the rest of my group gelato, and I was really shocked to see just how big the serving was! I was expecting it to be expensive/overpriced, but we actually got our moneys worth. Her energy was amazing too: really nice, smiley and able to make small talk with everyone in the party. Amelia was the highlight of the trip for me. I promised I'd write a 5 star review about her, and she deserves it.

The two stars are for the friendly and helpful staff. Meals regular size appear to have shrunk drastically to entree size and still cost over $30!!! Mushroom risotto dish was so heavily salted it was almost inedible. Looked on menu for desserts because main dish was so small but no desserts to be found. Asked staff and was directed to a dismal array of cakes. Paid $11 for a dry slice of carrot cake. What has happened to this place??? Used to be great a couple of years ago.

There were 6 of us who enjoyed the Rutherglen winemaker's dinner on 7 May. It was the best meal that we had ever tasted. The food was well cooked and perfectly matched with the De Bertoli wines. The tables were well spaced so that we could hear each other and the service was exceptional. It has been a while since the club has hosted a winemaker's dinner but we are already looking forward to the next one. Thank you so much for such great hospitality.

Great customer service; however the food was extremely disappointing. Ordered the butter chicken for $28.90 and the aromatic rice was pretty much inedible: extremely dry, hard like a rock, clumped up and I wasn\'t able to physically bite through the rice as it was that hard and tough. I\'d much rather eat Aldi 90 second microwaved steamed rice, which is a luxury and is far superior to what I had been served.

New and improved southern cross club at Tuggeranong definitely has not yet occurred, while the place looks lovely it makes absolutely no sense. To start with we asked the front reception where we needed to go to find out where we were sitting as we had not been there since the 'upgrade' which resulted in us doing nearly a full loop before finding a counter to only then back track 3/4 of the way around to where we were seated & while I understand this may not be a big issue for a lot of people it is when you have mobility issues. We then had to go searching for menus as there are none on tables and no staff in the area to ask. Couldn't find a kids menu so searched on line for that and found 5 different types of menus which is a bit confusing but okay. The order process... waited for someone to turn up at the counter as there is now fancy table service which is great except for those not at those tables. No worries except when the staff are frankly rude and abrupt. 25 minutes later, not a terrible wait time on a weekend so prompts there.... The last person at our table to order gets there cold meal, next ones come out 10 minutes later and the first meals ordered come out 10 minutes after that unfortunately pretty much all cold which works great for the kids meal but not so much for the adults. Medium fillet comes out rare - photo doesn't do justice, $30 chicken hollandaise (all the prices were a bit over the top for what you get and we are members) is the size of my 4 year olds hand, dry and cold.
I don't even want to talk about the bar situation in relation to seating and how shocking it was with service.
The only redeeming part was the refund of 2 of the 6 meals. 4 of the meals were barely eaten and only because medication had been taken and food had to be had within a time frame.
Overall the place it self looks great, a bit busy looking but still nice, great concept ideas but poor execution particularly with staff that move with what seems no purpose and as if they are walking a runway at times.
