My friend and I had a really enjoyable dining experience here. Every dish had its own strengths, and the service was excellent from start to finish.
The Sweet Potato Fries were a perfect starter. The outside was thin, crispy, and golden, while the inside stayed soft and fluffy with a natural sweetness from the potato itself. It's the kind of side dish that's simple but done extremely well.
I ordered the Pappardelle Carbonara as main dish. The pasta was cooked perfectly. The cheese sauce coated the bacon, onion, and pasta beautifully, creating a rich and balanced flavor. The sauce reduction was done very nicely as well. The only minor downside was that some of the noodles stuck together, which slightly affected the texture, and personally I would have preferred the dish to be a little saltier.
My friend ordered 300g Rib Fillet as main dish. We wanted it cooked medium rare. The steak was incredibly juicy and tender, with a lightly charred crust from the grill that added great texture and aroma. Combined with the rich fat marbling of the rib fillet, every bite felt absolutely heavenly.
The customer service also deserves special praise. When I asked for ketchup, the staff brought it immediately without hesitation. More importantly, the first rib fillet we received was unfortunately overcooked and dry. While we were still deciding whether to mention it, a staff member proactively came over to check if everything was okay. After we explained the issue, they kindly replaced the steak with a new one that was cooked perfectly and fully met our expectations. That level of attentiveness and professionalism really impressed us.
Overall, a wonderful dining experience with delicious food and outstanding service. I would definitely come back again.
