Food is great, locals friendly, beer is cheap (especially during happy hour on Tuesday 5-6.30) and the guy behind the bar loves his job, polishing every glass, offering samples of the beers on tap and up for some friendly unpretentious banter. Brilliant bowlo!

Always check out the RSL in any country town I visit and this one is fantastic. cheap drinks with local brews on tap and some Tassie wines by the glass at very affordable prices. The food was excellent especially off the Asian tastes side of the menu. Fantastic views and a great spot to watch the sun disappear over the mountains after a long day exploring the area. Friendly staff and a must check out for all who visit the lovely town of Bicheno.

New kitchen with amazing Asian food, Mongolian beef, sizzling lamp, sweet and sour pork, green curry chicken, really good experience, kids friendly, and with reasonable price, very spacious, would definitely recommend to everyone!

Warmly welcomed and glad we booked a table. Excellent friendly service. Locals up for a chat. Menu was supported by some delicious specials. Meals were tasty, well portioned. Desserts also a hit. Hope the club is successful in 2025 and beyond.

What a little beauty of an RSL club. Clean with modern upgrades and a wonderful view out over Bicheno and the glittering bay. Their menu is simple but very delicious. I had the Cottage Pie with vegetables - very tasty. The RSL is co-located with the local bowls club.
