I requested a ground floor unit online as my wife has a foot injury. I then phoned and confirmed that I would get a ground floor room. When I checked in the caretaker tried to give me a first floor unit. Fortunately a ground floor unit was still available. The room was very dated but the bed was very comfortable. The bedside touch operated lamp was faulty and spent all night randomly turning on and off. The water in the shower was excessively hot causing a potential safety hazard

Nice clean tidy rooms look like they were recently renovated shower was awesome. Staff very helpful and friendly but no where to eat! The local Indian restaurant is amazing but not every night.

I would not stay here again! You could feel the prings in the bed for starters. Pillows were past their time. I probably wouldn\'t give to my dogs to sleep on. 2 biscuits for 3 people, 1 250ml bottle of water for 3 people. The shower floor flooded from the shower getting used. For the price per night, I found it not at all worth it. I don\'t recommend staying here if you\'re wanting a good night sleep.

The room was overpriced, dated, run-down, and felt dirty. The air-conditioning was in the loungeroom so the main bedroom was hot, and the unit had mould. Linen was poor quality, the lounge and light fittings were filthy, and the plumbing was extremely noisy. Traffic and stair noise made it hard to sleep.

The pool area was also tired, and the male manager was rude and unprofessional. He ordered our family visitors to leave the pool area, and falsely claimed the pool closed earlier than the posted hours.

Reception had an overwhelming and ongoing cooking smell. This stay was far below the standard expected from Best Western.

Never again - avoid this place.

The location was good. The service was just ok. The room was very dated. Some curtains was off the rail and some had insect remains attached. No aircon in the bedroom. lounge chair was old and worn. Dishes requied cleaning before use. There was food still in the fridge. Do yourself a favour and stay next door at the Quest. Not worth the $270 per night. Very disappointing
