I will never be going back to Beach House after my experience. I found the staff to be extremely rude and I was very disappointed with how I was treated.

I had only had one drink, yet I was accused of being drunk and was refused another drink. I know how I was feeling and I was absolutely not drunk. I have a very friendly and lovely personality, so I was really shocked and upset to be treated this way.

I was made to feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, and I was not happy with the way the situation was handled at all. There are much better ways to speak to and treat customers.

Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning.

We were there for a business celebration lunch and had the land and sea platter - it's was amazing and it didn't disappoint. Absolute flavour explosion. Lamb, pork, brisket, crab, prawns tomahawk steak, oysters, mussels to name a few - Thanks CHEF. Great staff. Five stars 🌟

Great service, amazing location, delicious and fast lunch service, and the EV charger is an absolute winner for me! Had the bao buns and halloumi chips! Perfect size and really tasty.

Great hotel with the best staff and a ripper location. The staff were all friendly and were very helpful anytime of the day. Great holiday room right on the beach front. Perfect holiday. 🍻
