New concept with tapas absolutely delicious. Tried the burata, momo and Burrata. Licked the plate clean. Beautiful views, friendly service and staff. Best food in Bargara.

Clean and tidy rooms with comfortable beds.
Fantastic location, and it was great for a couple of nights away. Restaurant was a little pricey for me. However,
pub next door does great steaks for a fair price.

We have enjoyed a 4 day stay here.. staff are amazing.. location is great and rooms clean and sufficient.. tho would be handy to have a microwave esp if staying for a few days.

Delightful in every way, from the efficient and friendly staff at reception, the safe off road parking, the sparkling clean rooms and the glorious outlook from the balcony.

Falling asleep to the sound of the waves washing over the rocks is, for me, unbeatable.

Service at this hotel was poor. They didn't have wifi in our room and no one seemed to be able to figure out why. They also didn't seem too concerned about fixing it either. When we asked daily for updates, no one followed up on our requests and then they said they would call IT again but wouldn't update us after they did. No one ever came to look at the router so not sure that they were "working on it".

Room was okay but had ants in the 2nd bedroom. We dealt with it ourselves since they didn't seem responsive.

Restaurant was empty every day when we walked by so didn't bother trying it. Everything go else around it was very busy.

Much better than I expected, pleasantly surprised. Oh but the WiFI only seems to work outside the room. We actually had 1 bar WIFi in side the room, but 3 bars at the beach 30m away. Was kinda funny.

Good clean and comfortable rooms in an excellent location. Only thing missing from the room would be some plates and cutlery, although we understand that this may not be practical.

Food wasn't good as it used be, wine prices totally ridiculous, and not a lot of clientele, dirty towels still left in room so farm

Very nice staff, friendly & welcoming. Good food, heaps of choices. Weekend live entertainment was also nice, not too loud, still able to have a conversation.

Very friendly receptionists for check in and departure. Rooms were clean but average but the service made up for it, and it's a great location! Would stay again, thanks again for the amazing hospo!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kacy's Bargara. Lovely staff, great location and clean and comfortable.

The view was awesome. Rooms were good and beds were comfy. Kitchenette was fully loaded with all essentials.
Only drawback was parking space (only for one vehicle) and the parking area was too confused and tight.

An impromptu dinner here on a recent stay in Bargara. 3 course dinner for $89. Great choices for each course. All meals very well presented and delicious. Lovely location and outlook.

Where do I start.... shower cold... beds very hard and we stayed in motel rooms but unfortunately the alarm in adjacent apartments went off 3 times during the night for approximately an hour each time consequently no sleep at all. Really bad experience

The single bed mattresses in the second bedroom of our 2 bedroom room were terrible. The mattresses had no support and clearly need to be replaced - if you have any back issues do not use them. Also the linen is designed for summer. We were there in winter and were cold all night. There were no extra blankets. Very disappointing for a high cost location. Luckily we only stayed one night.

Great location, large very clean rooms and pleasant staff. Close to plenty of good eating venues. Bargara parkrun is nearby too. Good value and easy parking.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I have returned a few times as I found them so helpful. However the rooms are outdated and need a revamp, simple things like poor pillows, outdated bedding and decor. Their is frequent noise from the pub that goes until past 10pm as well as the playground and the pub backing on to the rooms which is loud during school holidays.

Friendly welcome, very clean rooms, Great onsite restaurant and great location. Beach and lots of handy shops and cafes across the road

Had dinner there tonight and whilst flavours of meals ordered were good , value to cost ratio quite poor.

Had the garlic prawns which were lovely and flavoursome then the Gumbo at $55 ... beware this meal is vastly overpriced for content of this meal.!! If we had been charged $40 would have been acceptable but $55 not acceptable .

Clean and comfy room with nice private balcony but no microwave in room. Access to the pool through one gate, a little unusual. Great location tho!!

Amazing location, central and handy to everything. Room was faultless and beautifully maintained. Everything worked, parking bays were quite good as we have a 5.4m long and 1.95m wide excluding mirrors vehicle and it was not an issue, wow.
Restaurant was very nice even if our 5.20pm on arrival for the 5.30pm booking was slightly early. Upon arrival was informed we had 1.5 hours to vacate! Food unfortunately took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive, so we were sweating an early eviction etc.. really just poor communication issue and being misinformed, perhaps.
The crispy Korean Beef was anything but crispy. The accompanying bok choy was unfortunately very soggy and possibly related to being under hot food. Very tasty but expectations were not quite met given the price point. Mildly disappointed.
Wife loved her faultless and tasty beautifully cooked crispy Pork Belly and she is a hard marker. Other than that a faultless and highly pleasant stay. Drinks were a reasonable price.

Room is dated but great location. Room service has gone down hill since we came last year. Polystyrene foam containers with plastic disposable cutlery and very frugal and disappointing serve This is nothing to do with Covid19. See photo of the $28 meat platter..plus $5 delivery from Kacy's restaurant. Room had a mouldy odour.

They perform above and beyond. Great views, friendly staff, large rooms, comfy beds, great food in the restaurant. I left 3 pairs of shoes and a charger and they expressed posted it to me within 2 days.

Nice room. Nice view. Nice location. Will try the restaurant. Tried the restaurant that night. Uhhmm... bad night? The lambs shanks where well executed and good eating. A 200 gram steak should have been executed. Past medium rare as ordered and very fibrous. Tough in other words. Had honey poached pear - mine was overcooked in places and was cardboard. Garlic bread- what garlic? Sometimes you can allow if the kitchen was having a bad night. The wait service was unprofessional. Time to go off to complete some courses.

Stayed for one night with my husband and two children in one of the family rooms. The room was clean and well presented. The lady on reception was fantastic - made a lovely first impression when we checked in.

Tried to contact customer service about an issue I was having after booking on wotif - Helen was handling my enquiry and got extremely defensive and started yelling and screaming at me even though I was quite polite and just wanted some information regarding the money they took from my account. She hung up on me. Will never ever come back here with that attitude and will be telling my friends and family to avoid this business at all costs. All I was trying to do was to clarify what was happening and my whole day was ruined after talking to that witch.

Fantastic location opposite the beach. Seaside village atmosphere. We stayed in the self-contained apartments next door which are still part of the motel. Apartments were large and tastfully decorated. Full use of facilities and inground pool. Amazing views. Highly recommend. Staff were friendly and helpful. Small restaurant at the motel, cafes across the road as well as the pub next door which does an awesome steak. This is the only place I stay when I go to Bundaberg as its only 15mins drive from the CBD. Cant wait to go back.

Was very good apart from the very uncomfortable bed. Was like trying to sleep on the floor

The rooms are clean and comfortable but getting outdated. Restaurant is fabulous with an extensive menu and wine list. The service can't be faulted.

Rooms are clean enough, could do with a microwave for late night snacks, has amazing views and close to everything , restaurant menu is scrumptious but unfortunately I don't have Donald Trumps bank account, would be more than happy to stay again

So disappointing it would be a one star if it wasnu2019t for the lovely lady that checked us in on Australia Day and agreed we shouldnu2019t be staying where we are with a newborn. Booked room for what I believed was Kacys over the phone only to arrive and be told we were staying next door at the Coral Sands hotel. Our room smelt and was directly opposite laundry and you can hear absolutely everything in all the other rooms. The place really needs a revamp! What a joke!

Beautiful room. Very very clean. Pool was gorgeous.had dinner in the restaurant. Some service was excellent. Although our main server was quite rude and abrupt. Steak was cooked medium when we asked for MR. Other meals were amazing. Will definetly be back.

Stopped for a drink while travelling through. Drinks cold,nice meal at lunch time. Very friendly staff and locals. Not expensive & easy parking
