The moment we walked in the venue had a homely feel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food was out quickly and delicious. Wonderful experience all round, we\'ll definitely be back.

Great food and enormous servings, but the timing of meals is dreadful, and the service lacking. We had a table of 11, all ordered at the same time, but had two meals come, a 10 min wait, then another 3. Another 10 min wait, then 3 more. 10 mins later, another meal, then the one last meal took another 10 - 20 mins to arrive. The last meal arrived as the other diners were basically finished eating. I appreciate it\'s made to order, but a bit more work to ensure all the tables meals come reasonably close in time to each other seems up me to be a fairly basic service rule. It wasn\'t busy, so I don\'t really understand the delays.
I was also disappointed we had to go and ask for water for the table. I would assume bringing water to the table or at least asking if it was needed would also be standard practice.
Improved timing of meals, and more attentive service, would vastly improve things here, especially as the food is tasty.

Food quality has dropped off significantly. The steak was barely edible. Asked for medium rib fillet and got what looked like something microwaved and then given some hungry jacks grill marks.

Staff are friendly and place was clean but i came here for food, so....

Fantastic open venue with great views across the Gore Highway and a backdrop of rich black soil farm lands.
Had the battered barra and the meal was huge.
Highly recommended.

As another reviewer has commented, it's typical pub food. Takeaway this time, they were busy with a delay as a result. Portion sizes are generous for the money.

The buffalo wings were battered (unusual presentation) and tasted more of barbecue sauce than buffalo sauce. The hangover parmi was decently sized, a bit overcooked. And what's with honey mustard dressing on almost every salad in the Toowoomba region these days?
