My family had our Christmas lunch at the Victoria Point Tavern and the service was outstanding. The buffet was well stocked and replenished frequently and the food was very very nice. 10 out of 10

This is my favourite place to eat at Victoria point. My family and I stop in for lunch at least once a week for delicious meal and cold drink. They have a kids play ground and friendly bearded dragon's that wonder around outside enjoying the atmosphere.
They have a great gluten free range a day rewards system 😎

Attitude from 1 manager to customers let alone staff is shocking(You Know Who You Are). ALH needs a wake up call and employ hospitable employees as it is a hospitality industry last knew. Lost my business. ??'?

I've been here before and had the battered fish and it was lovely but my most recent order was the southern fried chicken burger and it was awfully dry with not much flavouring. The salad was lovely but the chicken was like cardboard, plus only 1 staff member working at the bar.

Went to the VP tavern for my birthday lunch today. After waiting 15 minutes to find someone to tell us where our table was we sat and had a drink. Then we ordered lunch. 8 people at our table, all meals came out except mine. My father went to find out what was going on. He found my meal had been forgotten about. So I watched my family enjoy and finish their meals. Still waiting for mine. My mum goes up to see what's going on and finds my meal just sitting in the kitchen waiting for someone to bring it out. No apologies no offer of money back. I should have just cancelled and got my money back. Thanks for ruining my birthday lunch. I won't be back.
