My husband and I call in for lunch we are both seniors so we had a variety to choose from I had steak and salad and chips with Dianne sauce absolutely amazing husband had the rissoles with mash and peas and gravy . He was very impressed with his lunch we will be back again soon

Steak was over cooking chicken over cooked and dry food was disappointing all though having a good menu I will try it again but no chicken or steak. Nice venue though okay service.

The food is consistently incredible, and the staff are always top-notch! Rob, the bar manager, is especially fantastic - always welcoming and up for a great conversation, love meeting the new team member and Jason was really nice and friendly. I've never had a bad experience here, only delicious meals and wonderful times!

Have only ever had good experiences at Varsity Lakes Tavern. It has all the facilities a good pub should have.
Food has always come out fresh and hot.
Sports bar has many TVs, pool tables and even a ping pong table!
There's also a playground for the kids in the bistro.
Staff are friendly!
Overall great local pub!

A very well oiled machine is the varsity Lakes tavern.
Popped in for two meals in the last month.

The whole table had fantastic, well presented meals. All meals cooked to order, fresh fries, salads fresh and well dressed.

On both occasions we were surrounded by customers enjoying their meals and beverages. This safe environment is impeccable on a night out now.

The staff all very personable and attentive. Special mentions to the tall manager on duty. He was doing a fantastic job crossing the T's and dotting the i's.
