We went for a supposed date night which had a set menu and a good deal at $60 for two people. The starter took nearly an hour to come out. It's was good. Then the manager came out from the kitchen and told me that they had run out of bok choy and green beans and brocollini so I had to change my choice from thai green curry or possibly the salmon to Mediterranean chicken Mignon. It is now 1 hr 10 minutes since we arrived and our main course hasn't appeared. So much for a set menu on Date Night!
Update: after over an hour and a half since ordering our date night meals, the Manager came out and refunded our money as a gesture of goodwill and said he hoped that we would be back. We really can't ask for more than that as we still got our main meals, however we ended up leaving after still not receiving our dessert 2 hrs and 20 minutes since arriving despite being the only remaining customers in the bistro overthelasthalfhour. Shame on you Tugun SLSC, you really need to lift your game 🎮. Your date night was a disaster night.
