Been coming here for years and to have our TFC over cooked and full of oil physically made me sick the food is normally fantastic and has really dissapointed us as a long time customer service is great we sent this dish back and moments later the chef came out and the waiter pointed to our table he shook his head and walked back in the kitchen the other waiter walked back to us and said the chef said this is normal and doing it any less time the chicken will be raw maybe the oil is old or not hot enough I dunno but I have never experienced anything so repulsive from this restraunt. Unfortunately this has turned me away from promoting this venue to all my friends family and new comers.

Update: visited here again. Surprised at the difference in food and service for Round Two.

Ordered wraps, there was so little chicken in this! It almost seemed they fried up one little chicken breast and shared it among the two wrap meals ordered hoping you wouldn't notice because it was in a wrap. The serve of chips that came with the wrap was also abysmal.

The kids meal ordered this round was a slider with chips. The burger itself was smaller than the size of a small chip.
Found out (confirmed after reading the menu) that we failed to receive a drink and ice cream with the kids meal on the previous visit.. It's arguable that the patron needs to chase this up themselves however, as an establishment with trained personnel /staff, they should be well versed in ensuring patrons receive what they have ordered (and pay for).

-1 star for the lack of kids meal drink and ice cream from Round One, -1 star for the lack of chicken, -1 star for the lack of chips with the wraps. To be fair, the -1 stars for the chicken and the lack of chips should be x2 because it was two meals... So I settled for -1.5 per meal

It's quite crazy the difference of food and service between Round One and Round Two. Pretty disappointing, however, this also reflects why any food/service provider can have such a variation - good and bad reviews.

Friendly staff, quick service, delicious meals, very generous portions. We've been several times now and never had a bad meal. Always piping hot, fresh and scrumptious 😋🤤. Exceptional value for money.

Had a really good meal here tonight. The food was delicious and the service excellent. The new renovations have transformed an average pub into a place that stands out. The menu is extensive and the prices slightly on the high side compared to similar places but overall it's worth it.

Locals took us here for mum's Birthday lunch. Great food but it was unfortunate that there was only 1 female staff looking after the bar & taking food orders. She asked for help but was pretty much rejected by another girl walking past to go out back. She was doing her best with very little/no support. Food was tasty & arrived in good time. Only wish there was a little more teamwork at front of house.
