I believe this venue has a lot to offer, unfortunately our 1st visit with other family members was not a good time experience. Our lunch meal order was lost in the system and although we asked staff to check on our various meals, being told ten more minutes, being cooked now etc at the times of inquiries, we waited an one hour and a half before the meals arrived.
Yes, we were given 3x lots of free drink vouchers during the delay inquiries and an apology once we had the meals but obviously we were being told false information when we inquired about the meal delays.

My partner and I had dinner at the Walton tonight and I just wanted to say how amazing our service was from a young waitress named Bella. She made sure our food was correct and went above and beyond for us when bringing our food out making sure we were satisfied. We will definitely come back. Thanks Bella for making our night special.

Oh my god please bring back Chris Mclarren he was amazing and so was the food and service. Food out so fast and so tasty we loved it. Great birthday party and we loved how well the staff dealt with a function and a packed restaurant with dinners out so quickly. So greatlful for every staff member we love you alll so much we have been regulars since the new owners and now we make sure we attend almost every weekend. Ps please bring back Chris he was amazing.

I have driven past here quite a lot and has always wanted to stop and dine there.

I brought my mum sisters and nieces today and was pleasantly surprised.

The venue was relaxing and the food was amazing. (Best spare ribs I have ever had).

Due to the renovations we couldn't get a coffee but thats ok.

I have two energetic boys and I know they will love to play area.

We will be back.

10/10 for this hotel! We had dinner here tonight and were really impressed. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The dining area's open, spacious layout created a great atmosphere and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!
