Fantastic meals, great friendly staff, a good chilled atmosphere, has become one of my favourite places for a meal or drink

Never eat here, never drunk here.

So I caught the previous head chef stealing so much produce to sell through her catering company (we fine catering).

I informed the owners Gary and Pam. Thought I was doing the right thing. I then took over as head chef. 3 weeks later and a new menu produced. Got fired via a text msg stipulating that there were no more hours for me as a casual. They then re hired a Phillipino cook that was assisting the previous head chef in stealing.

This place is just horrible. Never eat nor drink here.

We recently had 50 guests for our grandmother's birthday for lunch.
Couldn't fault anything.
Venue was perfect. Food so delicious. And the staff were so friendly and helpful.
The whole day went so smoothly thanks to their professionalism and generosity.

We went to this hotel yesterday for a birthday lunch and the service was very ordinary ! Not to mention my pork was very under cooked ! So I did mention it staff it was taken back and cooked again the same piece !
After that I just couldn't eat it I lost my appetite ! No refund or or a free drink ; fair to say I won't be returning to this establishment ever ! Very poor !!

A great pub meal with new dedicated dining area away from the bar. Not many chips but they're only a filler to the main event. Good price and sized meals

Fantastic service on a very busy night. Meal was excellent. Will certainly be back.

Absolutely amazing food. Dined in at the Tramms family bar and bistro with a table of 5 and everyone was raving about how good there meal was. I personally had the chicken ceasar salad and ate every bite. Perfectly balance and the chicken was melt in your mouth perfection.
The desserts were incredible! Overwhelmed at the presentation and flavour, not at all what you would expect for a casual dessert. My sticky date pudding was served with a side jug of gorgeous sauce, peanut brittle, cream and chocolate coated icecream, all sprinkled in cocoa. Everything was fresh and the chefs passion for cooking shone through!! I'll be coming back for more as often as I can.

Ordered the marinated rump steak and 3/4 of it was fat/ grissel and couldn't eat it . Won't be going back again. Very rude service when we complained.

Relatively quiet on the day we were there, Thursday, but good for a meal and if you like a punt... Then all those options are there too! Several rooms to seperate into and a great history wall outside on the 1929 flood heights.

Very friendly staff and very yummy food. The porterhouse and scotch fillet were perfectly done and the sauces are tasty. The pork scotch was also fantastic 😋

This establishment provides wonderful meals. The menu is varied & features a number of great choices, together with traditional pub fare. The kitchen is kept very clean & the staff are extremely friendly.

Garry Whitney is man behind the bar at the Park, ever since he took over in late 2018 he has made huge changes to both the inside as well as the outside of the pub. From 1973 to 1979 Garry had the honor of being a medium - fast right handed bowler for the Tasmanian Cricket Team. His respect for sport is shown in the mural on the bar wall featuring Tasmanian sporting Legends. this is a place you can go to and talk to real people who are no different from you. It is a local pub so dont expect any fancy high end cocktail drinks.In the Tramms Family Bistro the menu is well priced, and tastes great. Again Garry has shown great respect for the area from the photo's on the walls showing the Trams driving along the streets and with history of the floods that devastated the suburb in the 1920;s.The Park Hotel, it's a great little local pub
