Enjoyed lunch at the Neptune Grand Hotel. Service was outstanding, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Nice venue, check it out if you go to Penguin in Tasmania
Soup was nice. Scallops good. However my steak was meant to be medium cooked. It was overcooked. Extremely well done dry and chewy. Could not eat much of it as it was so unpleasant. It was not resolved to my satisfaction. A very minimal discount for a terrible steak.

Went to have dinner we were seated and waited for someone to take our order
Waited for half an hour no one come to take the order so we left
Looking at the menu price they where expensive

Enjoyed a lovely roast of the day that hit the spot on a cold, wet, and windy day. Staff were very friendly and helpful and lots of fun

Not willing to provide any sort of catering package for Christmas functions.
Food was good, servers could lighten up a bit and provide a bit better customer service, especially up the bar end..
