Very average food. Tasted like it came out of. Box. Cutlery was in a container on the table sitting there for anyone to touch. The club would definitely fail Gordon Ramsay's standards.

Overpriced and well below average food. My creamy pasta dish tasted like pasta water. Couldn't even bring myself to finish it despite costing (no-one else on our table bothered to finish their meals either).

After not being here for near on 10yrs due to a very poor experience I should have waited longer.
Besides leaving, the only other positive I can give was the older lady that took our lunch order. She was the only person observed or interacted with that showed any positivity in this place. The young waitress showed disinterest, annoyance and unprofessionalism. Delivering our meals by sliding the plates and sauces across the table to us instead of placing them down.
The stench throughout the venue was nauseating. When asked, I was informed it was "the plumbing and will be fixed tomorrow" and also "it's been like that for a while" from another staff member.

Honestly, THE most disappointing pub meal I have EVER had. Not only were we told we had already collected and eaten our garlic "toast" (which is LITERALLY 3 slices of toast, garlic butter, and a slice of cheese for ), but the veggies, chips and scotch fillet were proper cold! The hottest part of the meal was the pepper gravy! It was ninety something dollars that I'll never get back! I work hard for my money and, especially in these times, to see it spent on such a let down of a meal, was very upsetting.., for the lack of a better word.
The staff were lovely, but I think they know that something has gone very horribly wrong here

Excellent food with a less than McDonald's atmosphere. (Except for the cheesy garlic toast - blah).
I had the Kiev and I was delighted that it was a real breast cooked well. The side chips were flavoured and delicious.
My daughter had lamb shanks and loved it. My other daughter had fettuccini Carbonara and enjoyed it. My son and his wife liked their parmos and they informed me the chicken was processed.
My wife had the chicken sweet corn soup and liked it, as well as her dim Sims, which were not from marathon.
The kids meals were cheap nuggets or pizza, but what do you expect from kid's meals?
As I mentioned earlier, don't buy the garlic toast. I could have made this at home.
I was not happy with the state of cleanliness as all you had to do was look at the ceiling... At some point, what goes up must come down.
My chief gripe was the fact there was only one register taking orders and a very long line.
However, kudos to the lovely gentleman at the entrance who rescued my grandson's sunglasses from the donation barrel.
This place could be so much better with a bit of TLC. Right now, I'd rather eat at a roadside diner.
