The food was served fast and the portion sizes were very large. The service by Troy was amazing and he didn't miss a beat in ensuring that we had a great time

Had dinner at the club on Sunday night. Meals were fantastic and generous in size. I would just like to say that Troy was a delight to deal with. He was very diligent in his job. I watched him deal with a very difficult customer who was just plain rude in a very professional way. Troy is a credit to the club.

I had two meals here, the first a steak sandwich and then I had the roast of the day. The roast was disappointing, the veggies were hot but the rest of the meal was lukewarm. I ate some then decided that for $25 it was not good enough. I took my plate to the counter and asked them to warm it up. It came back, a fresh plate, not the one I returned and was still only warm. I ended up eating it as there seemed little point in trying to get it warmed a second time. Would I eat there again??? No, definitely not

Enjoyed our dinner here. My truffled mushroom soup was so delicious, and hubby's chicken schnitzel was also good. Reasonably priced as well, although the venue was overheated.

We had a dinner on our first night at Lakes Entrance in this restaurant and the food is great especially the Prawn Chilli Pasta and Seafood Platter. The vegetarian pasta is also delicious. The service is lovely and you can grab your free coffee while playing pokies.

We were greeted by a friendly and helpful lady tonight. Our meals were lovely. We had Roast Pork and Scotch Fillet. Nice atmosphere. If you're after a hearty and tasty meal then look no further.

They have one of the best dressing could ever be served with calamari salad! Highly recommended!

The staff were lovely. Not your ordinary menu. I was surprised when I ordered the scallop and chorizo risotto. It tastes every bit as good as it looks. I hope they keep this on the menu permanently. They also have breakfast pancakes and the coffee is excellent, it even comes in those fashionable cups that gourmet cafes use.

My son & I had dinner last night, that was absolutely magnificent. We started with the Creamy Garlic Prawns on Rice, then my son had the Porterhouse steak that was cooked to perfect (med rare), whilst I had the Lambs Fry & Bacon. To finish off, I had the Vanilla Slice. Each course was just one fantastic course after another. I cannot speak highly enough of not only the food, but also the friendly staff as well. We'll be back again & again.

I have never had such great service at a club. This has been a fantastic evening thanks to the very helpful and friendly staff. The food is also awesome and brilliant prices. If your coming to Lake Entrance do yourself a favour and come to the Bowls club.

My visit was to have lunch based on what was advertised on the radio, however the Bistro was closed. But we were warmly greeted at the front counter and informed of the lunch specials available from the Cafe. The selection was good and prices cheap. The food was delicious, everything was clean and the staff very friendly. Worth a stop and a meal if you are looking for good service and good food.

Very busy on Anzac Saturday We just dropped in on way to Melb from Sydney for dinner but guy on front desk found us a table , the food & service were amazing considing the crowds. 100%+ to Front & kitchen staff.

Big shout out to Boyd McPhee welcoming our family to a game of bowls...great for the grandkids having a few ends with their grandpa. Great to see a Bowling Club with members like this, great asset to any sporting club.

from time you enter and are greeted by reception then bar staff and meals area they are a breath of fresh air They smile are so polite look interested in their job and seem interested when speaking to you. Well done to the club Meal (Roast of the day,lamb and chicken parmigiana) was perfectly cooked and sauce was excellent Salad was fresh. Drinks were reasonably priced. Only down side was a bit noisy

Venue ok. Staff friendly. Meal was horrible. Very disappointing. Dish description on menu did not live up to meal. More like boiled veggies and canned stew. Definitely would not eat there again.

The meals here are very nice and reasonablypriced. Staff are very friendly. They also provide a courtesy bus service which is great if you are drinking.

Good value for money meals which are usually tasty. Food presentation can sometimes be a bit messy, though that's not a major issue. Typical Service Club atmosphere. One of our regulars in Lakes Entrance.

Standard pub food.Women at reception were not interested in helping us find a table for dinner as they were fully booked. But the restaurant staff were helpful and sat us at a table that was not reserved. Lovely wait staff. It wouldnt be my first choice to eat at again but I would go back.

We come here everytime we visit Lakes Entrance. Good quality food, reasonable prices and highly professional and friendly staff. The restaurant has an adjacent play room for the kids.

Absolutely great place to dine, we ordered the half size meal which was very satisfying, there is no way that I could have a full size meal as the 1/2 size is huge. The selection is vast and the staff are friendly, always smiling and very jovial . It was our great pleasure to dine there, thanks everyone, see you on the return trip home!!

With covid19 safe regulations in place our group was unable to sit together on 1 table & were seated across 2 tables. Not really an issue, we were able to dine out!Food was good with rather generous serving sizes, almost too large actuallyFair pricing

We were allowed lunch here, even though lunch time had ended, so they were pretty generous. No masks inside was nice, I'm enjoying that. Food fresh, we got fish and chips. Would prefer dressing to the side next time, it over powers the yummy salad.

Super friendly. Not like the other bar. Rude. Tryed to put on the rugby for me. Didnt have the channel. Big smiles. Great food and serice all round.
