Great food and service. Friendly staff provided super fast service, food came out really quickly and was delicious.

The Foundry was recommended to us by the owner of The Heritage Motel, which is just a short walk away.
We had Pumpkin Soup and Salt & Pepper Calamari Salad, followed by Apple and Rhubarb Crumble, all of which we enjoyed. The service was friendly & helpful.
If we were staying in Bendigo for longer, we would have definitely returned to the Foundry for another meal.

Not family friendly, don't bother having a function here if there will be children present.
Food was quick but subpar. Eg Chicken Parma just tomato paste with cheese, no flavour at all, not worth nearly $30.
Disappointing and felt uncomfortable after staff asking us to "not let the kids run around" when they were just playing around our table.
I'm not one to let the kids run wild and am very conscious of the kids behaviour and felt it was an unneeded comment. We decided just to leave our friends function as we couldn't enjoy ourselves after that.

Went for dinner to the Bistro. Overpriced drinks. Even charged $10 for ginger beer from a supermarket bottle to a glass. Young staff running around like headless chooks. Grossly understaffed. PadThai and souvlaki were very bland. Feta on the souvlaki tasted as if it had gone bad. The only saving grace was the Risotto. This place is not worth anyone's money. There are better options elsewhere.

Everything at The Foundry was great! So great we had dinner here 2 nights in a row! The service was absolutely amazing - food was delicious & the atmosphere was great! Will definitely be back when in Bendigo in a few weeks time! Highly recommend! Special shout-out to Amanda for the "special desserts"!

A little too big and noisy from me personally, though a lovely, bright open space. BEST pub Parma & salad I have ever had. Fresh and tasty and not bigger than my face. Would definitely go back

Very friendly prompt service. Lovely menu & great prices. Ordered Tuscan Chicken & it was amazing. Chicken breast was tender. Served with mushroom & bacon creamy sauce with choice of perfectly cooked veggies or a colourful salad with dressing. Dessert was a ginger pudding with an amazing custard & fresh cream. They could not improve on this meal.

My husband and I attended a family reunion at the Foundry on Sunday October 16 2022. Great venue, great food and great service. Enjoyed by all in attendance and we thank the staff at the Foundry for their courtesy and excellent service. We have had previous gatherings at the Foundry and I am sure we will visit there again. Many thank.

My family and I enjoyed the great meals, which included the butter chicken, pork dumplings, pad Thai and the sourdough cob, all of which were delicious! Delivered fast and hot. The service from the staff was friendly and timely. Some of the best pub meals we've ever eaten!!

The meals were of a good standard for a pub but could do with a little less deep fry.

We couldn't complain about the service, the staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the meals were pretty average. I must admit the bistro was full but that shouldn't be an excuse. I would give it another try if back in town as its a nice venue.

After one of our party was disallowed from the Bendigo stadium after our booking because he is an aged senior with no photo ID the night turned better. Great meals and not oversized. Also great service.

Had a gathering of 43 Girls booked in for last Friday lunch. Excellent Service, price for meals & room we were in was great. Will definitely book in for our Girls Lunch again next year.

First-time visit while in Bendigo for work. The bistro was busy for a Thursday night, as was the sports bar. Very friendly service and fast, too.Had the Texan burger. Huge! Tasty and actually a bit spicy. Chips were great as well.Lemon tart was great and beautifully presented. Definitely go here!

Had the beef cheek which was fantastic, so tender the meat just fell apart. Followed it with the sticky date pudding which was will, it tasted like packet mix. Service was pretty good.

Meal was very good. I was with a group, they all enjoyed their meals. The choice on offer has improved, very happy with the experience
