Delicious food with super generous portions! The schnitzel was quite tasty and super moist. We also had the fish curry and was so yummy! The service by Brooke was so amazing and looked after us well. We absolutely loved it there.

Best salad I've ever had. My fish was cooked perfectly. Garden was clean and relaxing. The staff are so friendly and engaging. Perfect for families as I saw.

Owners presentation in dining is incredible, the food was A 10, outve 10 and friendly polite staff too. Known locally as a TAB bar, but is actualy Straths Hidden Gem!! ☆☆☆☆☆

OMG! The schnitzel and crispy beef were delicious. The restaurant was really busy but our meals came out in a reasonable time and the staff were great. We also received some great recommendations on other places to go locally but glad we chose here. The staff told us that the new owners are rebuilding the restaurant and we think they've done a great job. Locally owned which is important to us.

Recently had a large group for a pre wedding dinner and could not fault a thing! The staff were run off their feet and they remained friendly, calm and professional. The food was high quality and everyone ate every last bit from their plates. The restaurant has such a fresh, modern interior and the beer garden was relaxed and fun for post dinner drinks. Huge thanks to the team for keeping us all happy!!

It was the first time here for us. We visited at lunchtime. We had schnitzels. Could've had a bigger plate; it kept slipping about as we ate. The schnitzel was a bit tough, and a steak-knife would've been a bonus. The staff were very friendly.

Much better pubs in Strath. Food was ordinary, lamb tough, service sour. Friend informed waitress food not edible when asked "how was the food" given 3/4 left on plate. "Oh really!" Came the answer. Clearly don't care. Won't be back

Went with a few mates for lunch and received such a cold welcome (sour expression, agro tone, and they threw/slid menus at us from down the bar) that we walked out. We sensed that we had interrupted 'something' between the sole person at the bar and the barkeep. I can't comment on the food, we didn't get that far.
A pub with unwelcome hostility and such bad service won't last long.
Instead we had a delicious meal at The Victoria.

Went a Saturday night. Wanted steak and was told they had run out. The food we got was tough and tasteless. Staff were no where to be found we had to chase them up. Worst place we had ever been. Never go back again.
