Our first night at surfair for my function was amazing. Ava (broken hand I think that's her name) served us most of the night, she was so lovely, attentive and did an amazing job. Food we ordered for everyone was delicious we had a really great, enjoyable night.
We dined there tonight again with friends for dinner, the meal was going really well until the last meal came out without the chicken we ordered, waitress said that's fine and went to get the chicken. Then Marie (pink hair) came out to us and aggressively told us we were incorrect and we would have to get up and pay for the chicken. The manner in which she spoke to us over $8 of chicken was absolutely appalling. She then went on to say she had had a bad day (not our fault ) .
Duty managers (Hannah) behaviour was no better, no apologies on behalf of her staff, pretty much dismissed us and I found her attitude no better. She did not handle the situation very well at all, for the employee and the guests.
The difference in service from Saturday to Sunday was astounding and after such a lovely night on Saturday we were left really disappointed and upset that we were treated that way at dinner. (Having spent so much money at the venue we as patrons should be treated better than that.

Probably avoid this lunch meal I was served earlier this week. Usually their food is good but this is first time I ordered this. Unbelievably boring.
Good vibe, good staff, great amenity. Place goes off on Friday nights. Drinks are expensive (rum and coke $10.70)

I've been going to the pub on Tuesday nights for Music Bingo, and it's quickly become one of my favorite spots! The staff are amazing - genuinely make you feel like more than just another customer. They really go the extra mile to make every visit a great experience. The food is fantastic, especially the steak and chicken wings, 🤤 and while the food is on the pricier side, it's definitely delicious. With a fun atmosphere and awesome events like karaoke and music bingo 10/10!

Stopped for supper today at this restrauent, Ordered the ribs and also the Asian salad...they were ok but not fantastic . This is a high end hotel Restrauent , but they ask that the customers come up to the bar and put your order in at the bar. And then it's delivered to your table. The servers bringing the food to the tables didn't seem to be very happy with their jobs! They didn't have a smile on their faces! But the design layout and look of the Restrauent is very good!

The food was on point. My wife asked for medium rare, and that is exactly how we got it. I asked for well done and got exactly that. All the staff have an amazing attitude, but who stood out was Gemma for her cocktails and amazing attitude and attention to detail. I have spoken with the manager to who was serving tables as well. In great spirit to know he runs such a great service.
