Play Pokies at Surfair Beach Hotel in Marcoola

Food was not the best quality pizza was a ready made base and cheap cheese. The staff working were lovely and very good with the kids feel they are let down by such a poor product. The rooms were decent sized and we did enjoy our stay, the location was good had everything you needed by walking distance with good coffee shops near by patron stood out as best value for money for coffee and and a served good breakfast rolls. Some coffee shops were charging well over average for coffee and wasnt even good. We also enjoyed cuba st for coffee and the hungry sailor was amazing for fish and chips. Over all we enjoyed the holiday just not the food at the hotel.

First time here today. Celebrating moving house and finally getting long overdue time together as a family. What a great place! Service was great by all staff members. Chloe behind the bar particularly stood out. She made us a fab Irish Mocha. Food was delicious. It could have been a little hotter but its not a major issue( would have said so at the time if it was). Desserts were great too. We are looking forward to coming back 😀

Had dinner here while on holidays. Layout was generous, with plenty of space between tables to allow for ease of movement and an open feeling. The meal sizes were very generous. I had to work to finish the Parmi. Prices were very reasonable. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The restaurant was in the hotel and on a pouring with rain day. provided a great venue for a catch up with friends. Coffee was a tad strong for me but the food was generous and well cooked. HD a great time and the Staff were very patient with our lingering and happy to take reunion photos. Order by QR code or at the counter. Mobility and children friendly .

Fantastic Experience - A Perfect Spot for Groups and Families!

We had a wonderful time dining here with a large party of 11. Initially seated indoors, we requested to move outside, and the staff were more than happy to accommodate us. They quickly set up a great spot for us, which we really appreciated.

The outdoor area was perfect, with a grassed space for the kids to run around and a Jenga game, along with other fun activities to keep them entertained. It made the experience even more enjoyable for the whole family.

As for the food, it was excellent! The pizzas were especially delicious, fresh, and flavourful. Everything came out quickly, and the service was impeccable. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and clearly happy to be there, which made the experience even more pleasant.

Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a fun, family, friendly atmosphere with great food and fast service. Definitely worth a visit!
