Had the absolute pleasure of having lunch here while on holidays to Noosa. Reserving a table was very easy and the woman who showed me and my partner to our table was very friendly and amicable, making sure to say farewell to us on our way out. The Oceanside view and cool breeze also added to the overall relaxing atmosphere, of the club and made us feel like we could lay back a bit more in comparison to the very formal feeling of other restaurants. We were here during the summer menu, our starters were Pork Gyoza with Plum sauce & Pizza Bread with parmesan grated on top. The starters were great and you could tell they had just came out of the oven as all of the food was hot when arriving.
For mains my partner ordered battered fish & chips, whereas I got the 180g Rib Eye fillet with mashed potatoes, gravy and hollandaise sauce. With almost every restaurant I've been to when I order steak I'm usually very disappointed when it comes to the flavours in the meal especially considering the high prices some places put on their steaks. I was pleasantly surprised with this place as the Rib eye was incredibly tender, juicy and full of flavour. The mashed potato's were very soft and creamy, which went really well with the gravy which had a thick consistency.
My partners battered fish tasted incredibly fresh and well seasoned. Her chips were super crispy and had just the right amount of salt on it. I tried their Pineapple Margharita which was also very good; and I'm not usually a fan of pineapple.
Although the place will put a decent sized hole in your wallet ($102 for all of the food above) it was well worth it, overall I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and will definitely be coming back when I can.
