Went there on Sunday 20/08 at around 1pm. Was in the gaming room. My mobile phone needed charging, so I asked the woman employee who was in her 50s or 60s if she could kindly connect it to a charger. Even though I had the phone charger cord, she immediately said no, and made up something about me needing the plug, even though she didn't bother to look whether she had one (I'm sure there would have been a plug, but she could obviously see I only had the cord for the phone but not the plug, so she made up that excuse to say no). Her whole demeanour was unwelcoming and unhelpful, and lacks proper customer service. Just because I look like someone who is from a non-English speaking background, it doesn't mean you should be unhelpful. I genuinely needed my phone charged. It's not hard to be nice to people and to be helpful. It's appalling how unwelcoming and unhelpful she was, and she clearly doesn't understand or even care for the importance of proper customer service or repeat business. Don't know what she's doing there in the first place. She's probably even a supervisor or manager. Makes me wonder how people like that get their jobs in the first place. Lost me as a customer, not going back there again
