Steak was sent back and then when came back was over cooked chewy and uneatable. Very disappointed. Mushroom sauce was putrid vegetables cold. Service was wonderful just the food horrid It'll be a long time if ever we return to eat.

Asked the staff if they can put channel 505 on fox.. staff tried then later manager who can't be bothered sent his msg they don't have 505 here. Then later on a staff was scrolling through 505 to 507.. i know it dosen't matter much its just $50 a night u lost.. leave it bud if u can't put effort

Orderd mexican nachos from the special and no where there did it say that the nachos where hot or spicy. When i got the nachos they were that spicy i couldnt eat them. I went back to the kichen and explained the problem and politely asked for my money back or something in exchange and said if the menue said they were spicy i wouldnt have orderd them. The chefs looked at me funny and the waitress said that because its mexican its implied that it is going to be spicy. And she was not going to give me a refund and said she could put it in a to go box instead.
If i had kids i probobly would have orderd them the nachos to share or just as an apitizer as most perents do, but they were that hot that they would have burned them.
I would have taken the blame if it stated that the food was going to be spicy. They wouldnt take any blame and teated me like i was stupid for not knowing that it was going to be hot.
Other things occurrd there that also upset me and my family but this was the main ordeal. Not coming back

Not local, thought we would pop in here for a pub meal. Nice atmosphere. Lady taking food order was clearly new and learning as when I ordered the lunch steak special, she didn't ask me how I wanted it cooked or what sauce I wanted- so I had to tell her. She did repeat the order back though which I thought was great. Lady behind the bar was amazing (sleeve tattoos, young, dark hair, gold hoop earrings). She was friendly and after one drink remembered my order when I came up for a second. Food was a short wait and everything was amazing and fresh. Didn't really like the salad dressing though; but that comes down to personal choice. All in all, happy with our choice

Five years ago I was impressed with this venue, but about a year ago, the quality of food in the bistro had dropped significantly. The other night I decided to give it another go. Went with mains only, so I ordered the garlic prawns with rice, and my dining companion ordered the reef fish grilled. It came with chips and salad. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The fish was cooked perfectly and came with delicious chips. The salad was nothing to write home about, but it was totally edible. My prawns had just the right amount of garlic and cream sauce. We will definitely be returning more regularly once again.
