Have not stayed at the hotel but have eaten many times at the bistro. The food is superb. A hidden jem. Fine dinning food at pub prices. Service with a smile personal attention from Karla was amazing Thank you Karla for making our night offering to take photos to remember our gathering.

The staff here is incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special mention goes to Kevin, who went above and beyond to accommodate us and answered all our questions with patience and professionalism. To top it off, the food was not only divine but also served impressively fast. Truly an exceptional experience! :))

We stayed there recently. The location is superb, right in the heart of St Albans bounded by many restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets and the train station right next door which makes it very convenience.
Not only mentioning the great location but the service here was also excellent, food was brilliant. Thai was a very friendly and helpful manager who ensured the check-in at this hotel was smooth. He was very accommodated upon our arrival and met our requests to the best of his ability.
Thai deserves not only a big star, but 10 big stars.

Stayed here for the holidays and it was fantastic, customer service was immaculate, the rooms were clean and very spacious, and the dining room had a vast array of delicious foods and drinks.
