First time eating at this place, and it didn't disappoint us. All the foods we had were tasty, great service, and the place has good ambience plus kids playground.

Cute, clean pub. We were greeted by the venue manager with a big smile, he was very welcoming and helpful. Amazing food that arrived in a timely manner. We had 2x salmon dishes and 2x steaks, all of which were amazing and cooked to perfection. Thank you Springfield, we'll be back! :)

To start off with, as we entered we were accosted by a strange smell, our party of 5 all commented on it, it smelled a lot like vomit but I suspect it was their cleaning chemicals. The table was strangely sticky.

The food options are average pub food choices. While the menu does list gluten allergies, it doesn't list any others such as dairy. In fact the only kids meal that could be made dairy free was the "Napoli pasta". Out of 4 or 5 options, only the pasta could be made dairy free.

The ribs and chicken wings were slathered in a way too sweet bbq sauce straight from the bottle, way too much and way too sweet.

The bathrooms were filthy, both men's and women's bathroom had no soap for washing hands, and no paper towels for drying.

We had a lovely meal. The service was great and the food was served very fast. My daughter and I had the roast of the day (lamb) it was delicious. My partner had the chicken carbonara, which was really nice. Off the kids menu, my son had the cheese burger, and it was gone in minutes, so it must have been good. We will definitely be back.. Thanks to the staff for a great dinner.

Family meal couldn't have been better
Loved the starters as I had 3 of those to pick at instead of a meal. Kids loved the burgers the pork Burt ends made the meal for me.
Missed to bacon crumble on the mac n cheese. Otherwise excellent

My family surprised me with a buffet breakfast for Mothers Day at the Springfield Tavern this morning and it was wonderful. Plenty of food, great service and well set out. Well done to the staff who did a great job on a busy day!

The (tattooed)lady that seated us and took our order could do with some lessons in customer service. Found her very abrupt and seemed like she didn't want to be there. The steak was so dry but thankfully the Dianne sauce was nice. I know I ordered well done but a good chef can still cook it so it's not so dry.

New tangy mild chicken wings on the menu are absolutely delicious and highly recommended.
Finished them in just 2 mins, haha!

Another great night. The food was amazing and well priced. The kids menu had a variety of options and was a good size meal. The wait for the order was reasonable, even on the quick side (we were there early). Staff were friendly and polite. Definitely the "go to" place when catching up with family/friends.

1st time coming here and was greeted with a smile,my daughter and I stopped in put a couple of dollars in the pokies and a coffee and it was free and also got a biscuit with it too, we didn't win but it felt like a win.

Went here for lunch, the chef special risotto is amazing, great service and a chill venue. The VM is super nice and polite. Gaming bar has good pool tables lots of fun. Staff are great.

Great food. Great service my friends and I had a great evening. Well priced. Never been there but now I have I will definitely highly recommend it to whoever is new to the area.

Went for dinner, all the staff were amazing and extremely accommodating. Food was awesome too (the pork ribs and loaded wedges).

I drive past the Springfield Tavern heaps of times, and never considered going there. We all had such a great meal. We'll be back for sure.

Such amazing service from Liam tonight.! He went above and beyond and cannot fault him. Even though other staff members and other manager looked flustered seeing him stress free and ensuring all customers were happy.

Have been here a few times now and will definitely be back.

Visited the pokie room around 12am tonight, Both the staff member (forgot to grab his name) and manager Liam were so welcoming and super friendly! Greeted once walked in door offered a snack and a drink! Definitely will be back ?

Visited on the weekend for lunch and wasn't disappointed. From the moment we walked it the customer service was on point and just so relaxed and welcoming. The atmosphere is laid back and there's plenty of seating available inside and out. Once our orders were placed we didn't have to wait long for them to be served and the quality was excellent and nicely cooked. I definitely would recommend and intend on returning soon myself.

Whilst the Staff were friendly and the atmosphere relaxing - the food was overpriced and unfortunately I was disappointed by a badly made Long Island Iced Tea. No coconut rum in a LIIT folks, so the coconut taste/smell was already a No Go. When you see your drink it's also clear down the bottom with a cloud of black up the top.

Came today for lunch. Food was tasty,cooked well and hot but unfortunately when arrived asked if we had a table booked told us no tables available when there was tables empty so told us to seat outside on very hot muggy day especially when we had with us our parents who are in there 80,s. Only to see no one sit at the tables inside in aircon the whole time we were outside. Not happy ???'

We go here fairly often and usually have great service and mostly decent meals. Tonight we were treated as though we didn't exist. I could understand if the place was busy but it wasn't. Very disappointed tonight. Will consider other local places in future.

Our family had a function held here and we were so happy with the service we received! The team on the night were so accommodating and helpful and allowed our guests to have a wonderful time. Platters were delicious. Joe was a great help as well during the whole process of planning and co-ordinating on the evening ?

The customer service is still very good. There is a new online system to order your food. It is good because you don't need to line up to order but there is also a negative element on this process, a surcharge which is not really good on these difficult times. The surcharge should be assumed by the hotel as they are using their staff to do other things while you order and pay online.

Service staff were friendly. Menu however let it down. Typical pub grub for meals. Nothing spectacular to mention. Great for locals who simply don't want to cook. Over priced for what it was.

Top notch. Walk in and greeted by friendly staff straight away. Clean and friendly atmosphere.

Went to Springfield Tavern for lunch with friends today. Very pleasant! Relaxing outlook, leafy and green. Food was great, very reasonably priced menu and friendly, helpful staff. We've already decided to return soon.

Came here for a last minute dinner with the family during a weeknight. Made a booking online which was really good and effective. The venue was clean and welcoming and the staff were very friendly on the night. The food was amazing and would definitely recommend the chicken and avocado ?

1 star is being generous. Waited nearly an hour for food, still hadn't come so got a refund. This is our third time here but definitely the last. First time was good. Second was very average. Never again.

Took the order for the wrong steak, gave us mushroom sauce instead of Diane sauce my salad had no dressing what so ever and the mash potato was lumpy, no flavour. Poor effort won't be coming here again.
